Check in staff were so amazing. When ordering a cab, they would come out and make sure the driver knew where we were going. Only unfortunate thing is the area is undergoing demolition of the neighboring mall. Not much around the property. But still a nice view

Great to be so near Maizuru Park and the PayPay Dome and shopping. The staff and service at the hotel was as excellent as you'd expect in Japan, and even as a traveling family of 3 with 3 suitcases, in the room with 4 twin beds we could totally make the fairly spartan accommodations work.
