This is my second stay at Whistlelark. Hotel is comfortable, service is good with staff who can speak English and location is convenient, near shopping, food options and airport.

Breakfast was great, just as the roof pool, bathroom and beds.

Great location in the city right by the bus station. Perfect for people not renting a car. Cons: not many dining options nearby that close late and no dedicated parking space if you do decide to rent a car. Still, awesome value for the price.

The view was amazing!!! This hotel is on the upper floors of the building. The ground floor is Starbucks. The hotel desk is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are big. The bed is comfy. The shower is big and updated. This was a great stay.

Our second visit to Sheraton Resort with my entire family.& We all enjoyed our stay in the Resort. We will be planning to revisit in the near future. Ayu at 4th floor bar & Surya at breakfast dinning room provided us excellent service.

Quite a noisy place. No real barriers to stop the outside noise coming into the rooms. No swim up bar. Breakfast was a 2 out of 5. Personally I feel it was over priced for Bali and what they give. I won’t stay there again.

As always stars given in respect to cost. It is in kuta. 5 minute walk to airport 20 minute drive so great for that but unfortunately kuta is outdated now and the happening place is in cangu.
