This property is full of mold and is a serious health hazard. I cannot recommend enough that you find another hotel, I had to abandon the hotel after 1 night when their attempt to cover up the smell with perfume failed. While a bit older and not the most desirable option for some, it was a comfortable place to stay for the price! The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well and it was quiet throughout the night! Would stay again for a quick trip to Jeju.

Great location in the city right by the bus station. Perfect for people not renting a car. Cons: not many dining options nearby that close late and no dedicated parking space if you do decide to rent a car. Still, awesome value for the price.

Despite the fact that the property was smoke free a couple of hours after we arrived a strong odor of cigarettes came in and stayed for the rest of our night. Location of the hotel was good.

The hotel is strategically located within the shopping district and there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is also very near Jeju International Airport - a 5 to 10 minutes drive via taxi.

Beautiful hotel and nice pool for swimming. Great service, staff are super friendly and always say hello when you pass them. Happy hour cocktails at the pool bar and restaurant go for a few hours each. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

So-so hotel. Rooms were subpar and mine had ants on the counter with the amenities. Bed was comfortable though. If sleep is the only thing you need in a hotel, this place is alright.

Loved this place

The Haven was in a good location. Close to Bingtang supermarket, beach and markets. Staff were very friendly and surprised me with birthday cake and song. 😊

The Hotel is on a busy street where you can find everything you need. Its still quiet and the staff is amazing friendly. The breakfast was ok, asian and western food available.

Everything was great. Staff were great. All 3 pools are equally good. Best buffet breakfast. Very good location with everything close by. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Centrally located, cool roof top pool and delicious breakfast options. A very busy street with people trying to sell you stuff the minute you walked out. Mind you this happens everywhere around Legian. Air conditioning was faulty for a while but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Really enjoy all about this resort, except the inaccessibility to the real reservations team to sort any issues out, so if no issue’s with your reservation, you’re good, otherwise a total roadblock!

Professional and friendly staff that were willing to assist where needed. Unit was clean although aircon unit looked like it needed a good clean. Bathroom was ok with a few little issues but nothing to worry me considerably. Overall value for money was good and i would go there again.

Very clean room and areas surrounding, also a very thoughtful manager. We were running a bit late, so he called us to ensure all was well and made accomodations for us. No hesitation at all in highly recommending this motel. Also, a very affordable tariff.

Lovely and clean and great mattress

Lovely place, large and comfortable. The aircon was magic and the views were amazing. It could do with a full wipe down as it was quite dusty. It could also do with an upgrade to a smart TV, but having access to Foxtel basic was OK.

All good with the property itself but I asked 2 times for a tax invoice for time I was there but the lady failed to deliver me tax invoice so I could claim reimbursement from my work

The accommodation was excellent and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it any time.

We loved our stay with Edge on Beaches. Property was so comfortable and maintained wonderfully. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend to friends and family and would gladly stay again.

We stayed in one of the cabins and had an upgrade as the original one didn’t have an ensuite. The ladies at reception were very understanding and quick to make the change. Cabin was suitable for a short stay.

There is no choice in where to stay but this place is very clean and the owners are extremely friendly. The bed is comfy and everything is close by.

Beautiful place for a beach stay

This was a beautiful intimate place with six cottages and amazing landscaping around the grounds. We felt like we were staying in a rain forest. Very nice one bedroom spacious cottage which included a kitchenette to prepare meals.

Booked a couples room but wasn't impressed when we opened the door. SUPER tiny room, we could barely open our luggage in the room. The walls weren't up all the way to the ceiling so we couldn't talk or look at something on our laptop without disturbing everyone else in the building. Our bed squeaked ...

Very well taken care of. Fabulous location across from the beach. Safe. Has everything you need. You need to mind your email to get the key. So have it on your phone. The directions weren’t the most specific, but if I can find it, anyone can.

Amazing Stay.

Great location, private and close to everything. You can hear the ocean from your villa. We did lots of walking and had a relaxing spa bath every night, located just of the bedroom. The villa had everything we needed. Very comfortable 4 nights. Highly recommended

The unit looked tired and in need of a face lift, We had all what was needed and towels replinished daily. The customer laundry area was filthy and in need of a clean. As a bonus there was a restaurant onsite which served delicious food.

Next to the Esplanade within a walking distance of the lagoon and downtown Cairns. Everything a a walkable distance mostly.

Large swimming pool was good but didn’t like the bar Adjacent to swimming pool , got fed up with the constant music at the swimming pool from the bar . The sun loungers were the most uncomfortable ever with a metal bar causing grieve and discomfort. Room spacious and clean

Decent stay at affordable hotel located about a 8 min nice boardwalk walk from the mai ferry terminal. Reception has limited hours but you’re provided with key card for main door. Good sized room and large bathroom.

Nice clean hotel. Is near airport and highway. Ask for room on the back if a light sleeper. 10 minute bus ride to downtown. 10 minute walk to beach.

Was good overall but the beds were a bit hard which cause back soreness.

This property was all in all a neat and tidy place to stay in Cairns and very well priced.
