The hotel was facing harbour, and an hour far from the airport. The room was comfortable, but the sea view that I booked not exactly facing the sea, bye side sea view. This was abit upset as different from my expectation. The staffs are friendly and allowing me to store luggage before check in time. ...

the hotel is perfect with lots to eat nearby. if you are driving during your stay, the parking underground was very convenient too. will definitely stay here again!

Very nice property that was close to the mountain.

Great location with nice view of ocean and easy access to Jeju airport. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We stayed in late December so it was very warm in room and heat setting was not easily adjustable.

Room clean and GS25 in the hotel which is extremely a big help so dont have to go out to get snacks. euc

Great location walking distance to black pork street restaurant and market. Nice location and close drive to airport Lots of free parking spot outside if you hire a car.

The property is not as advertised. The staff were not multilingual and a translation app had to be used to communicate. Parking instructions were unclear and we ended up having to give our car keys over to the front desk staff in case they had to move cars around since the parking lot was so limited. ...

We stayed 6 nights, 1 queen bed and 1 large Twin. The Twin bed it need a pad. I asked for padding after 3 nights. Not the same wide with the bed, but it work. Despite the fact that the property was smoke free a couple of hours after we arrived a strong odor of cigarettes came in and stayed for the rest of our night. Location of the hotel was good.

The view was amazing!!! This hotel is on the upper floors of the building. The ground floor is Starbucks. The hotel desk is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are big. The bed is comfy. The shower is big and updated. This was a great stay.

The hotel is strategically located within the shopping district and there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is also very near Jeju International Airport - a 5 to 10 minutes drive via taxi.

We had a wonderful two weeks staying at the Grand Mirage. All the staff provided an excellent standard of service. The room was of a very good standard.The grounds were very well maintained and the amenities were of a high standard. We would definitely stay at the Grand Mirage again.

There is no choice in where to stay but this place is very clean and the owners are extremely friendly. The bed is comfy and everything is close by.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was that it faced the beach - about a one minute walk away. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves in bed. Would've stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked out.

Excellent location. Rooms and pool showing their age. Annoyingly we booked for 4 people, stayed for 5 nights and every day we had to ask for 4 towels instead of only 2. Minor I know but becomes annoying when you want a shower and there's not enough towels for everyone

The apartment was tidy. We stayed 2 nughts and had a pleasant stay. The staff at the front desk was very kind and let us store our luggage until our room was ready.

Everywhere in the hotel says dinner and lunch are served but not really. Only breakfast was available all three days we stayed. There was no good restaurants near by except one, causing difficulty for customers.

Hotel is as advertised, in need of renovation but we always had the pool to ourselves and apartment was very spacious. So if you are on a budget and after a no frills place to stay in central Cairns I highly recommend.
