It’s time to change the carpet it’s sting. I noticed when I first walked into my room it’s smell awful.

Location is great, parking is easy. The room is ok, but I did not get a high floor with view as requested. Staff were efficient and helpful. But lobby toilet was really terrible - dirty and stink. Really a put off even though it is conveniently located at the lobby.

The only staff we met supposedly the owner. Not seen most of them time. When in need of help, need to call a number at the front desk but never pick up. Room is big but old. Almost got locked in toilet. There was a underwear left by the previous guest. There is simple breakfast though.

The hotel is strategically located within the shopping district and there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is also very near Jeju International Airport - a 5 to 10 minutes drive via taxi.

Absolutely perfect. Rooms are so well Mai Raines and equipped - linens all kept well Pool area has so much seating in shade or full sun depending on your requirements. Breakfast has all the options you can imagine and then some. Best of all is the staff - we always keep going back!!!

Very nice property

This Hotel worked on every level. Right on the water with three separate pools.. food and staff were excellent. About 15 minutes from the airport and right in the centre of town would go back.

My family of Four stayed in family room, but a little to compact, 2 adults, 2 children, pram, car seat, and multiple bags and cases. No room for baby to get around, but overall clean and convenient, nice staff.

Very basic, bed was ok bathroom and floors clean, but lots of dust on the table shelves and the coffee tea dispenser needs a good clean. Can’t fill the jug without using a mug to fill it. We felt it was overpriced for what it offered.

Property was ok, borderline a 3 star property! Was reasonably tidy and clean, just old and rundown, holes in the wall, blackened grout and silicone in shower. Minor and first world problems, didn't have an affect on the stay, just don't have high expectations.

Hotel is as advertised, in need of renovation but we always had the pool to ourselves and apartment was very spacious. So if you are on a budget and after a no frills place to stay in central Cairns I highly recommend.

The room was clean but the air-conditioning in the bedroom didn't work. Also our room was at the front of the property and the traffic noise and people walking past all through the night didn't make for a very restful night. Other than that it was ok value for what we paid.

Proximity to shopping centers and Restaurants. Excellent value. The only complaint is about AC, hardly working. Fortunately, ceiling fan was great as it was not too hot in late August. Very helpful staff.

Not really a Boutique hotel, more of an Apartment. Looks like it needs a refresh as decor appears to be 30 years old. Room had a damp/ foisty smell to it. Reception only manned limited hours. No restaurant, bar or Other facilities on site. Car parking need to be pre booked.
