Stay was great for 1 night before early flight. Easy access to airport. Room had a lingering smell of cigarettes. Bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom was large.

If you come back late after 8pm, exactly you must find the parking spot on the streets as hard bc the people visit the beach’s park used at all of lots till after 10-11pm, or you must park in hotel’s other bare ground lot that take about ...

It was strange, we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, but they told us we couldn’t use the swimming pool. Very weird. I didn’t see a single person in the pool for the whole stay. They said you pay extra for the pool. Stupid policy!

Location is right next to Nanta theatre. Besides Jeju Starlight World Park & Planetarium, there is nothing much nearby. No bellboy service too. Rooms were cleaned daily. However, room didnt come with amenities like toothbrush, toothbrush or comb. Do bring your own.

We had a room with an ocean view which was breathtaking. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming.

Giant roach was in the room. An empty hand soap bottle was provided. However, the staff was very willing to help, which was good!

Our stay at Ramada was absolutely amazing❤️ the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was super nice and big and very view. The neighborhood was super quiet and a lot of. Store. Easy access with bus and lots of coffee shops.

the hotel in the old town and just opposite Gwandeokjeong 관덕정, visit with hanbok wearing. There is hanbok shop jus next to the hotel, that make a perfect day stay. The hotel jus revamped, I don't know how it looked before, it is gorgeous now!

Only stayed for one night and no further comments. Overall ok. Near airport but no shuttle to airport which Expedia indicated this service is provided but nothing.

The only staff we met supposedly the owner. Not seen most of them time. When in need of help, need to call a number at the front desk but never pick up. Room is big but old. Almost got locked in toilet. There was a underwear left by the previous guest. There is simple breakfast though.

The hotel is strategically located within the shopping district and there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is also very near Jeju International Airport - a 5 to 10 minutes drive via taxi.

Love this place it’s home away from home

Excellent！

This was my second time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. It’s ideally situated next to the airport which makes it ideal. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I can’t fault this hotel, the value of money is exceptional given it’s an airport hotel less than 5 minutes away from the terminal.

We stayed a few weeks after a major cyclone. So property was in various states of repair. Pool and that area was still closed. No reception on tv at all. Room was a very basic old style motel room. Bathroom was a real mess, old and tired. Needs major refit to make it functional.

Ordered room service very expensive burger that was burnt and even the chips were. Breakfast was better but a bit cold. The exterior of the whole place needs some maintenance. Also had trouble getting out of parking with the boom gate. Very frustrating.

Harbourside hotel is a great hotel near the Esplanade. The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. and there is a small balcony. Everything was clean. From the hotel you can walk to the Esplanade and anywhere in the centre. The food in the bar was fine. Great local beer!

Really disappointed. The pool is 100% shaded and freezing cold. The Spa is freezing too. Absolutely no one relaxing by the poolside.

Hotel is as advertised, in need of renovation but we always had the pool to ourselves and apartment was very spacious. So if you are on a budget and after a no frills place to stay in central Cairns I highly recommend.

Due to delayed flights we were very late to arrive. Instructions for arrival and ease of access to apartment was excellent and just what we needed. Very much a no hassle stay.

the online advertising photo flattered the premises. Dated decor. Clear window between studio unit and public hallway was strange and compromised privacy. Shower was ok. As was bed. Would not recommend.
