Our stay at Ramada was absolutely amazing❤️ the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was super nice and big and very view. The neighborhood was super quiet and a lot of. Store. Easy access with bus and lots of coffee shops.

the hotel in the old town and just opposite Gwandeokjeong 관덕정, visit with hanbok wearing. There is hanbok shop jus next to the hotel, that make a perfect day stay. The hotel jus revamped, I don't know how it looked before, it is gorgeous now!

Great property. Loved the pool. The additional charges, though affordable, sometimes felt excessive.

Our room was ondle room. I didnt know that, so futon was very thin, My body got very hurts. Its so sad.

잠만 잘 예정이라 큰 기대는 하지 않았습니다만, 세면대와 욕조 심지어 방에서까지 머리카락이 있지 않나 기분좋지 못한 냄새며 평안함을 완전히 망친 객실상태에 실망이 큽니다. 저렴하다고 해도 다시는 이 호텔에 묵지 않을 것 같네요.

The only staff we met supposedly the owner. Not seen most of them time. When in need of help, need to call a number at the front desk but never pick up. Room is big but old. Almost got locked in toilet. There was a underwear left by the previous guest. There is simple breakfast though.

Clean too and building. Located at the right shopping and eating place.

Clean and spacious room, quick check-in, and nice amenities.

The hotel is strategically located within the shopping district and there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is also very near Jeju International Airport - a 5 to 10 minutes drive via taxi.

Air conditioning was turned off when we were there but since the weather is rather cooling in April when we were there so it's still okay. Great for families!

The room was clean. It had a fairly hard bed, if you like that. Staff was pleasant.

The staff were friendly, but the overall hygiene of the hotel was below standard. The pool looked terrible and the water seemed like it hadn’t been changed for quite some time. Even the pool towels had an unpleasant smell. The carpet in our room also smelled like feet.

My husband and I enjoyed Vira Bali. It was close to so much in Kuta. The airport pickup service was awesome. The king sized bed was nice and cozy. We had a great message after our flight. Breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

Most of the things were excellent with the exception of food selection at breakfast and some staff not knowing what to do cause I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. Not much selection of food. Eggs have to be ordered. And if there’s a queue, you have to wait. Ambience was beautiful, resort living.

Our apartment was very nice and comfortable! It had everything you would need and best thing was it is a 2 minute walk onto the beach! Staff were very accommodating. Parking is fantastic with plenty of room. We were there for 3 weeks and it was a shame to leave. By the way, pools were awesome!

Motel rooms were a bit tired and required maintenance but it was clean.

Parking was easy. Even with our 4x4 loaded with Roof Top Tent and other things on roof. The room was exceptionally clean. Quite location right in the middle between 1770 and Agnes. We drove most places but worth it.

Didnt use the pool. Breakfast wasnt brilliant. We ate on the esplanade Bathroom was tired, pipes noisy. No extractor fan. Lock on the room door broke twice. It was replaced after the second time Room itself was comfy

Perfect room and location, great friendly staff too. The only downside was the gym, as it was a bit dirty and didn’t have any mats. The sauna had a huge draft coming in too. Honestly though, everything else about our stay was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at Mantra Esplanade. The location right on the Esplanade is unbeatable—close to everything with beautiful ocean views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect base for exploring Cairns—highly recommend!

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, and close to the airport.

Excellent accommodation — clean, tidy, and the amenities are very good. The only point to note was the bed. I booked a king bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable for a couple due to the large gap between the mattresses.

Said they had breakfast online, there was no breakfast. Has ants and cockroaches everywhere. Not sure why it has such high ratings. I wouldn’t come again.

Hotel is as advertised, in need of renovation but we always had the pool to ourselves and apartment was very spacious. So if you are on a budget and after a no frills place to stay in central Cairns I highly recommend.

the online advertising photo flattered the premises. Dated decor. Clear window between studio unit and public hallway was strange and compromised privacy. Shower was ok. As was bed. Would not recommend.
