The hotel is in a great location on the esplanade, great view if you have an ocean view room walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Rooms are clean and comfortable bed.

If you love round-the-clock construction noise, ropey WIFI and some broken fixtures and fittings then this is the place for you. Bring earplugs and you might just survive!

Room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The area is quite pleasant and a short walk to the beach. (10 minutes.) No eating places in the immediate vicinity, but there is a coffee van on-site until 11am. The van also sells cakes, muffins and does toasties. We would stay again.

The position of units in Hastings St is its strength. Close to beach restaurants and shops. But I requested a unit with sun at some stage of day. A lovely three star in a great location. I left early, but I needed my sanity!

Advised them that we would be arriving late.They said that was OK and would send us a SMS on the first day of our visit with instructions to enter the resort. Maybe this SMS was sent to Hotels.com as we didn’t receive it. After a while, some cleaning staff noticed us and let us in.

Property looks old and rooms are very aged. A musty smell when you walk in. Doesn't feel clean. Poor kitchen appliances, no kettle and a Nespresson coffee machine would be great. The outside, pool and spa is nice.

The room was tidy/clean and the staff were lovely. Close to the beach and eateries with a short walk to the supermarket. Spa and plunge pool on the top level of the building was wonderful to unwind at night. The swimming pool was warm with comfortable seating to kick back and relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a delightful 2-bedroom villa at Ivory Palms and would definitely recommend.

Loved this location. Was walking distance to attractions and a quick bus ride to Maroochydore. It was modern, clean & staff were friendly & helpful.

A very comfortable clean and spacious unit with all the facilities you need for a break of a few days or a longer holiday. Is located in a quiet street but only 100 to 200m from the beachfront esplanade which has all of the restaurants, cafes and other services required for a relaxing holiday.

If you are looking for a bed for the night on Hastings Street I would highly recommend. Simply furnished, it gives you everything you need if location is more important than all the frills. On site parking available, and a free coffee in the cafe each day. Would happily stay again

Our unit was very clean and quiet the amenities were very good. The check in was friendly and quick and every one was friendly. Would certainly stay here again.

Professional and pleasant staff, comfortable units in good location and would certainly stay again. The only downside was occasional noise from the floor above us.

It is in a very convenient location and the room was comfortable enough. Although it was renovated room, the building itself is quite old and some features were tired looking such as water stained curtains, one window didn’t shut properly etc.

The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. Shopping all in walking distance

The apartment was great, right opposite the beach. Views of both beach & lake. Had everything we needed. We would stay here again. Only downfall parking space is very tight so thankfully didn’t bring our bigger car away.

The room overlooked the filthy and noisy carpark of the shops at the side. The pool had broken tiles which were sharp. The room was dated with very little crockery and cutlery. 3 glasses for a room for 4 people. This room was extremely overpriced for what it was.
