From check in to check out, the process was easy. The cosmo is convenient to everything on yen strip but the hotel itself! The room was amazing with the terrace. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel and casino were very nice and clean, the staff was very helpful especially the Valet staff. Our room was nice and clean. Food options were good but wish there were more options. Overall we very happy with our stay and will return.

Stunning hotel

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a problem with the sink in the bathroom and it was taken care of quickly. Staff was friendly.

Room was fine. Did have to pay an early check in fee even though room was ready. Also have to pay for coffee in your room which I found odd. Pool area lovely.

Great for the price. convenient to other casinos. Stayed at Treasure Island for concert at the venician.

This place was great! It is a time share so they are going to try and get you, but they were not aggressive. If you get a food or drink credit tell your server before you pay. I got burned on that.

Pretty cool place. Nice rooms, very welcoming.

Bed was comfortable. The couch and chair were designed more to be cleaned than comfortable. The pool area was nice, clean, and enjoyable. We enjoyed the Crabtree and Evelyn bath products.

Room was clean. Guest service was nice and helpful whenever we needed our beds redone or more towels to the room etc. Lots to do around the hotel. We brought our 4 kids (5, 9, 10, 11) and they enjoyed it. Only thing I didn’t like was the casino floor is filled with cigarette smoke but we know this ...

Every time it took a shower in room 18123 water leak through the shower gasket in door gasket and made a three square-foot puddle across the room in front of the wash sink. I reported it three times and talked to four different managers about it. On the fourth day it’s still leaked but not as much. ...

I have stayed at several different hotel while traveling on the road as a truck driver. From what I have experienced. I give Texas Station Hotel and Casino a 10 or better...and will stay with them again...

This was HORRIBLE don’t go if you can’t help it!!!! The place is old,smelly and very bad room conditions and the room and elevator had a horrible smell...

Clean room

The room was good size, 1 bedroom. Clean, quiet, view. No real complaints. We did get adjoining room with connecting door but fortunately neighbor was quiet. We were in Tower 2, main lobby location.
