The main lift is under construction, so in addition to accessibility only by fire stairs, the foyer and common areas of the hotel smell of ozone and burning plastic. But the staff were excellent, the room was clean, tidy and exactly what I needed for a comfortable night's stay.

As breakfast was included, had a separate set breakfast menu to the overall menu with limited options available. This was disappointing. Lighting is the ensuite bathroom was poor over basin. Used reverse cycle air conditioning to heat my room. Couldn’t fault airport shuttle service which is ...

Great location clean tidy room and helpful staff

First room provided to me is not clear have hair in that bathtub and shower head dripping. The staff settle it immediately and the Manager change me to the Room 1029. Staffs are all friendly.

Bar had a good selection. Food came out quick at dinner. Great amenities for families to keep the kids entertained.

My stay was simply an overnight en route to the Gold Coast where I live. I have stayed here many times.

Noisy, night club next door.

The place is clean, quiet, has short access to all shops, parking is free, and amazing communication

We were unfortunately late for check-in and went to the bar as directed by the sign. First person wasn't overly helpful as we weren't sent a code however another staff member was able to help us and give us access to our room and provide information, offer drinks, food even though it was close to ...

The hotel is undergoing quite substantial renovations and inconvenience is only minor. The location is excellent for my purposes and is easily accessed by car.

I have been staying at the hotel for several years, whilst location is fantastic, the condition of the rooms is becoming more obvious of age.

Staff were excellent, easy instructions to follow to check in to Room. Aircondtioners were fantastic workable. Furnitures comfortable. The room was a on a special discount $114.00 Would recommend travellers a must to spend the night or 2 over @ Sunland Lesiure Park.

Smell on entry and hall was was overwhelming bad similar to stale smoke air conditioner would not turn off and shower was appalling

The room was lovely. My only comment is that it would be nice to have a bench or something in the bathroom, or even hooks for clothes. Also no milk was provided for tea and coffee which I found a bit odd.

Great location, close to beach and shops.

Great position but no desk staff after 6 pm …No instructions on TV . Put in room next to awful noise next to restaurant next door . Have stayed there before but this was the worst .

Walking distance from Darwin hub and late night entertainment. Was expecting some level of noise from street level but very quiet. Slept like a baby.

Very comfortable bed, cosy room. Centrally located. Bathrooms need work.

If you prefer to do your own cooking for what ever reason go for it they have everything you need other than an air fryer , the villas have the added bonus of a bbq , parking great staff fantastic , so quiet i could have slept for days. Yes this was in off peak period

All the staff at Coachman's Inn were excellent, they bent over backward to help and nothing was too much trouble.

We only stayed one night staff very friendly room was neat and tidy highly recommended this place.

Great location and in-house food was pretty good. Disappointed when the TV didn’t work for days. End of day be nice to have had that service. Didn’t get much help from the concierge. Other than that, was pretty good.

The view from our apartment was outstanding. Room layout good as well. The free breakfast was ok - very basic, but you could upgrade by paying extra. Great location - easy to walk to the Waterfront or to catch the Hop on Hop off bus.

A little bit noisy staying on the main highway and our room was very big for a family suite to sleep 4. 1 Queen bed and a double sofa isn’t quite a large enough, but we slept ok.
