Location and reasonable price. Friendly staff and free breakfast. Parking space is limited first come first serve. Lift access to all floors. Good room size and comfortable bed. A quiet room with garden view. It was a pleasant stay at Madison.

Beautiful big 4 poster bed. Spacious bathroom. Great room service.

The location is perfect—right on the waterfront and within walking distance to Salamanca Market, Constitution Dock, and many of the city’s top attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional .

Noise seems to travel too easily. Bathroom shower head has been poorly positioned, so water leaks out of the shower. Beds are very comfortable.

Super friendly , responsive and flexible. We appreciate all they did to make our extended stay relaxing and comfortable.

Went for wedding. Good place for wedding, nice atmosphere, but if you didn't want to eat there it was a long walk to any cafes. Close to ferry terminal for day trip to magnetic island

Great location but the room was a bit tight on space and the hot water fluctuating whilst you are under the shower didn’t help. Having said that we enjoyed our stay there and would probably stay there again

Lovely property right on beautiful Diggers Beach

Stayed in 1 bed Deluxe Suite with Pool/ Ocean views. Ocean views were limited to when next to balcony rail. If you are looking for some sun on your balcony, ask for room in the left hand wing of hotel facing the water or a town/ hinterland room at back right hand wing of resort.

Off the main road a bit so road noise was minimised. Pub next door for a great dinner. Price was acceptable for the family room of double and a single bed. Bath for the weary bones and good hot water.

All good except a bit far from vrnytr

Smell on entry and hall was was overwhelming bad similar to stale smoke air conditioner would not turn off and shower was appalling

A delightful stay at the Stamford plaza. It is away from the cbd and we walked a bit but it’s quiet and leafy and right on the river. The view from our room was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. All up , a good experience that we shall repeat.

Perfect location….easy access to main attractions and transport options. Quiet, spacious room. Upgraded to a King Execitive Plus and it was super quiet and loved the fruit available on this floor.

Clean room and friendly staff. Mid town isn’t the best location for restaurants or sightseeing but the hotel is near a tram station.

I expected to live in the other side which is next to the theme park. My room is opposite to the bar and close to the drive way.

Spa bath with shower over and doors a challenge to step into and out of. Bathroom timber work showing its age, but clean. Good King bed and Ocean glimpses from our room. Easy access to eateries and shops in Coolum.

Great hotel close to the centre of Darwin. Be warned, the informaton about wifi is misleading. Certain parts of the hotel and some rooms will not have access to wifi. I was only on the 2nd floor and i couldn’t use the free wifi.

Good value and size of room and facilities. The only problem was a group started talking in the carpark loudly from 7am. Which the whole motel would have heard. No chance for a sleep on a Sunday morning.

Excellent customer service. The motel is dated but it’s clean and safe, comfortable bed and convenient. Would stay here again!

Some road works at the moment but when finished it will be good

Staff and Management were excellent. Local dining and entertainment was excellent. Condition of room was very dated and carpet was lifting in places. There was mould around the A/ Con vents and dust on top of fixtures. Cutlery was not clean and had to be washed before using.

Property is dated and undergoing a renovation so the rooms aren’t anything special but the place was meticulously cleaned daily and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.

It was great to have an apartment with a laundry room.

Restaurant meal was excellent. Good selection at breakfast buffet also. Parking was the only negative.

I stayed on the third floor in an apartment with a lakeside view. Everything was comfortable and decor tasteful. A lovely hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed really comfortable. Great property to stay at. Close to food and coffee choices. The owners/managers were friendly and helpful. Villa Mirasol was the cleanest motel we have stayed at. We would stay here again.
