Check with check-in re parking as it’s across the street and around the corner from the hotel, not ideal, however they do say pull up out front in the loading zone get your cases out, go park then check in

The walls are paper thin- I could hear the noises/voices of both rooms on either side the entire time. There was also strangely no main overhead light in the room? Only smaller wall lights which was odd and made it hard to see or read things clearly after sunset.

Welcoming staff, professional development and helpful. Definitely stay here again

Frontdesk staff are nice, family room is a bit old showing signs of wear. Saw a rat running across the path on the main swimmung pool. In the end, averge hotel of choice family with reasonable price

We were given a waterfront studio which had breathtaking views. The room was large, the bed and pillows very comfortable. A kitchenette was a handy feature as was the washer and dryer. Our one bedroom villa was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property.

Staff lovely, resort starting to show its age.. room quite average. Food good pub food but at $54 for steak and chips it isn’t great value.

The staff, the room and location was excellent. Parking area very small and lots of renovations which is clearly stated on their booking sites. Most floors are being renovated so if you’re ok with a bit of noise in the morning and don’t mind the renovations around you then it’s perfect. We will return, ...

This stay was fantastic. We were not sure what to ext but our expectations were so far exceeded. Our room was as upgraded, the entire complex was spotless, and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back again!

Smell on entry and hall was was overwhelming bad similar to stale smoke air conditioner would not turn off and shower was appalling

Need to improve WiFi strength for access , constant dropping out. No staff at motel to raise concerns. Rooms are only serviced on arrival, no new towels each day

A nice location opposite the beach, but the worst shower we have ever experienced, no water pressure! Just a trickle. also only 1 face washer provided for 2 people.

We did not enjoy staying here as we misunderstood and thought it was a hotel.. Terrible customer service and no room refreshes unless you pay for it each day so no dry towels, no garbage collection, no refresh tea and coffee supplies etc. Booked room with bath picture and no bath. The location of the hotel is very central and within a 5 minute walk to the main shopping strip in Albury. Great value for money. We loved this place. Lovely renovated room, super comfortable beds and it had everything we needed. Also a great location.

The property is a great choice for a break in our long drive north. A variety of room choices with exceptional cleanliness and upkeep. Being set back from the road ensured a peaceful sleep and the 15 minute walk into town was pleasant.

A little bit noisy staying on the main highway and our room was very big for a family suite to sleep 4. 1 Queen bed and a double sofa isn’t quite a large enough, but we slept ok.

Great over nighter if you’re catching the early train. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Little bit noisy at night, but nothing major.
