Excellent location amongst all the major wineries! Plus huge rooms and an absolutely beautiful onsite restaurant. Would stay again.

Everything was clean, staff was helpful.

While much was good, the dining menu had a dearth of gluten free options. Even when my wife ordered one of the very few GF meals, it was clear they did not know much about gluten free as they provided normal bread in the meal. So the place is quite OK if you are not a coeliac.

Pleasant room for a short stay

Stamford is alwayys our first choice when we are staying in Sydney to catch an international or domestic flight. It's very convenient

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfy and the pillows! The convenience of having everything without travelling was the big drawcard for us. Lily at the check in desk was lovely and gave us a bottle of sparkling ! We will book again when looking for a place on the Gold Coast

Great value for money. Right across the road from the new casino.

The air-conditioning is very noisy which makes it difficult to sleep. We stayed in rooms 415 (21 July) and 305 (15 July) and air-con in both rooms is noisy. Other than that it was a good stay

Had a fantastic time . The room was lovely had everything you could possibly need. Lovely view of the river and a lovely surprise of complimentary bubbles and refreshments to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was delicious

Very comfortable hotel. We had a washer and drier in our room, great when you’re travelling. Excellent restaurant. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Stayed only one night, the room was nice and comfortable, Reception staff were accommodating with requests for parking permits and advise on where to go.

Rooms were clean and of a good size. Handy to walk to McDonald Jones Stadium.

Stayed fifteen nights Will stay again if back up there. Staff very friendly, cabin clean and tidy. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Small but nice and comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff, lovely grounds. If booking again would try and request a room that didn’t back on to the hotel/pub behind with live music.

Excellent location and easy to find. Facilities in room very useful and plenty of equipment. There was no hand soap supplied for bathroom basin. Lovely winter fire pits, extraordinary brekky buffet

Its such a great hotel! Fantastic rooms with nice views of beaches, close to shops, food ect.. Perfect Location to explore the area. Bonus having the RSL next door for meals & entertainment!

The hotel was good, the only negative was the hotel lifts. One was of service for “renovations” and having just one lift for a hotel of that size just didn’t cut it, particularly during peak times.

Smell on entry and hall was was overwhelming bad similar to stale smoke air conditioner would not turn off and shower was appalling

Our stay was fabulous. Only complaint was staff at checkin-she was very rude and didn’t want to help us initially and kept telling us to go to auto check in. When I told her I had but that a couple of features like late checkout and food credit weren’t showing up, she wasn’t happy about helping us. ...

Surrounding restaurants under renovation

Nice hotel, comfortable room, good breakfast, convenient to north end of town but some people may find the surrounding area a bit rough and tumble.

Needs new bathrooms

Check in and checkout process was seamless, staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Warm and cozy room. Comfortable be. Dusty rooms and wind blew through window frame which was a little annoying. Bathroom was dated but practical.

The view from the balcony is beautiful. Open waterway looking across to magnetic island is calming and peaceful.

A great location in the centre of town yey quiet. The staff were very human and and go out of their way to make your life easy. This was a return visit for me to stay here and will choose it again

Well equipped room with a kitchenette (and washer/dryer!) Little things like having salt and pepper in the room is so handy. Room was spacious, bed comfy, and walking distance to the shops. Nice stay

Was in a good location with easy parking. Would be pleasing to have restaurant open when motel is fully booked and breakfast available each day.

Beautiful apartment very well situated we had a swim out which would be ideal in summer but as it was winter the pool was rather chilly. But there was a hot tub that was very pleasant. Free water would have been nice and the room was noisy to the main road and pulic

Breakfast buffet included in the package was horrendously crowded with narrow access between food stations, plates and cutlery hard to find, food unappealing.

I spent three nights in the Junior Spa Suite, and the hotel's location was a definite win. Being so close to North Terrace was perfect for catching Illuminate Adelaide's dazzling city lights, and having a clear pickup spot made getting an Uber or joining a local tour super easy. Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. Obviously work is being done and more work will need to be done. Close to various places of interest. The staff were good to deal with. Overall a good experience.

Good, no tv in second bedroom though all the plugs there for it. Second bedroom windows look into public hallway, so it’s a very dark place. Hot water was restricted to just lukewarm, so impossible to have a hot shower or do dishes without boiling a jug. TVs were old and had channels there that weren’t ...

The pool was out of order but otherwise a very centrally and conveniently located hotel close to many great restaurants and bars.
