Pacific Grove

The quaint little town of Pacific Grove has Victorian houses lining its streets and thousands of butterflies fluttering in its trees.

As the name suggests, this tree-filled town lies on the Pacific coast. The town is dominated by beautiful Victorian architecture and other old-fashioned delights that give it a homey look and feel. Pacific Grove is also known as “Butterfly Town USA” for the masses of monarch butterflies that migrate here each year. Because it’s right next to the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, the sea life around Pacific Grove is pretty amazing too.
