Very nice 3 - star apartment in a prime location, overlooking the
Bayerwald - Bergen.
The apartment is located in its own part of the house, with its own driveway on the outskirts.
Right on the edge of the forest, in a fantastic, quiet and sunny location.
Parking is available in front of the apartment.
There are 2 bedrooms.
For the comfort, underfloor heating and radiators are available.
You can barbecue on the large terrace, or enjoy the sun until sunset.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Directly in front of the apartment is a large terrace with seating and barbecue.
Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas are available for free.
Approximately 8 minutes walk away is the stop for the city and the ski bus (free use with the guest card).
The city center can be reached in a 20-minute walk.

"Wunderschöner Aufenthalt"
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Wernerhäusl. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Startort für Radwanderurlaub
Im Objekt gibt es zwei Schlafräume mit jeweils zwei Betten und einen Aufenthaltsraum. Es stehen kostenfrei Fahrräder zur Nutzung zur Verfügung, auch Wanderstöcke und Schirme. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit zum Grillen (die wir aber nicht genutzt haben). Das Objekt liegt am Rande von Zwiesel. Man kann von hier aus sehr gut vor allem Radtouren unternehmen. Die Region ist verkehrsmäßig gut erschlossen, die Nutzung des ÖPNV durch die im Preis inbegriffene Nationalpark-Card kostenfrei. Wir haben dennoch vor allem das Auto genutzt, um an unsere Ziele zu gelangen.

Super nette Vermieter und total suaberes und gemütliches Objekt.
Wir haben eine Woche im Wernerhäusel in Zwiesel verbracht und sind sehr gut aufgenommen, beraten und beherbergt worden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt außerhalb total ruhig und idyllisch. Alles war vorhanden, von Bequemen Liegen über Sonnenschirm, sogar Fahrräder und Wanderstöcke. Besser gehts nicht. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung
Sehr nette, kleine Ferienwohnung, die wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen, ist liebevoll und gut ausgestattet (bezogene Betten, Fön, tolle Terrasse, uvm) , der Empfang ist sehr herzlich gestaltet. Die Vermieter wohnen oberhalb der Wohnung und sind unheimlich sympathisch und gastfreundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und ein schönes örtliches Schwimmbad.

Kurzurlaub Bayerwald
Wir können die Ferienwohung als Stützpunkt für einen Urlaub im Bayerischen Wald sehr empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Lage am Waldrand sehr ruhig. Auch mit der Betreuung der Mutter des Besitzers waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage am Ortsende sehr ruhig . Eine schöne Terasse, mit tollem Blick, wo man den Abend genießen kann. Hr. Schreiner hat uns tolle Tipps für Wanderungen und sonstige Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurztrip über Silvester
Das Objekt war idyllisch und lud in seinem schönen Ambiente zum verweilen ein. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch die Stadt Zwiesel ist sehr schön anzusehen und immer einen Ausflug wert.
