Almost perfect

Great place, at least for the special rate I got. Checking in at the reception seemed to take unnecessarily long, but staff was nice. The one thing they should improve is signage (room # also after the elevator, a stair from 1st to ground floor was just labelled Treppe, and only led to the pool). Great lounge/work area. Direct tramway to city center. I'll be back for another good rate.

Hotel and the hotel room were great and a completely different vibe. Shower head didn't work well. The lighting in the room is terrible. Hard to get ready with how little dim lighting there is. Great room aside from that.

Money over Service. APPALLING

Booked as part of a family trip with my elderly disabled mother. Due to extenuating circumstances I could not travel. I had 2 rooms booked. I asked to change the dates or cancel but the hotel were completely unsympathetic. The hid behind "contact the booking agent" when we all know that could have refunded if that wanted. Its a shame as I was a returning customer and my trip was delayed not cancelled, but because of the appalling attitude of the hotel I wont bother booking here again. I understand business, but empathy and good business ethics will give you more in the long run.

A little far from the centre, but Tram 4 will leave you at the door. Modern vibe to the property. We loved that the mini bar is yours to use free of charge.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel whilst in Zurich. The hotel is located adjacent to the tramline, which takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the main station in the city centre. The staff brilliant, friendly and helped us with information getting to the Lindt factory without having to take an expensive tour. The rooms themselves are unique decorated, clean and the area is safe. I would stay at this hotel again if I was to return to Zurich.
