This four bedroom villa will spoil you with modern design, spacious interior, intelligent air conditioning, sound system, WiFi, night illumination, weather station, private parking, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fitness room, billiard and table tennis room for entertainment. Villa Mative is located just one minute from the main road, but it is a private compound that offers peace and privacy. The seaside and its beautiful beaches are only 500m away. The house is divided on three floors and can accommodate 7 people. The ground floor consists of a large open floor living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining table, a beautiful terrace, a pool and outdoor kitchen hosting a spectacular view over the Adriatic sea. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, three of which have access to the balcony to enjoy the scenic panorama and their En-suite bathroom.
