Superb architect villa in raw concrete, 160 m², classified 5 * by the Tourist Office and 4 ears Gîtes de France.

With its 140 m² terrace (including 70 m² in wood) and its heated pool of over 30 m², it is ideally located on a rocky escarpment. It will offer you a breathtaking view of the handles of Fautea and its Genoese tower (restored tower and accessible on foot).

You will not have any opposite and thus enjoy a peaceful stay in a house with comfortable rooms and a refined style ...

The house is on one level, all the rooms give access to the terraces and are oriented so as to offer the magnificent sea view.

The spacious and comfortable living room has a fireplace for cooler evenings at the end of the season.

The kitchen, with its central island, is independent of the living room.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom (with wc) and a very comfortable shower; the other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom (with wc).

The house also has a separate guest toilet.

Three magnificent beaches are close to the villa and Pinarellu Beach (ranked among the 20 most beautiful beaches in the world) is only 8 km away.

Great Holiday

Amazing views!

The views from this house are amazing (and as a result the road leading up to the house is very very steep). In addition, the house is in great proximity (within an hour’s drive) to the mountains for hiking, various beaches (Plage Palombaggia for example), and Bonafacio which is a must-see. The hosts were very friendly and even allowed us to check-in early which was wonderful. The house itself was clearly very thoughtfully designed with shade on the patio at all times of day, large sliding windows throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked. There is not a barbecue grill as indicated in the listing, but the alternative plancha was a fine alternative. We had a great week and enthusiastically recommend this house to others.

Wonderful villa

We had a perfect week at this beautiful house. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and the photos don't do the view justice! The heated pool was amazing. The location was perfect for exploring so many beautiful beaches and the mountains. A really well equipped house and great hosts who responded quickly to any questions. Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday - we certainly hope to come back again!

After having spent a week in this property, we can only look forward to our next stay. This architect’s dream-house, a stunning, elegant and comfortable 3-bedroom / 2 1/2 –bathroom modern villa exceeds every expectation. My spouse and I, being New Yorkers and travelers used to the best, would be at a loss for words if asked for suggestions for improving the experience of staying in this villa. The location is ideal, high on a cliff near Sainte-Lucie-de Porto-Vecchio with an open and breathtaking view of the sea and the horizon and in close proximity to shopping in town and the dazzling sights of southern Corsica. It is quiet and peaceful, a haven to come back to after a day exploring and enjoying this magnificent island. Nothing I could write can do justice to the sweeping view. The owners, who own an architectural practice in town, have spared no effort and expense in providing every comfort and amenity for an unforgettable stay. Bedding, pillows, furniture are all top-quality. The colors are soothing. The bedrooms are large and lush, and so are the bathrooms. Everything about the villa reflects the good taste of the architect-owners. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, as are the air-conditioners, and all appliances including a washer and a drier, and a barbecue. The WiFi signal is strong and dependable. There is more than ample closet space and the feeling of peace, calm, luxury and space extends to the magnificent immense terrace, the infinity pool and impeccable garden. This is a villa that we would love to come back to. It is as close to perfection as possible. The experience would not be as perfect were it not for the villa’s owners, always available and helpful, responding immediately to any communication or question; they truly made our stay worry-free and restful.

Fantastic Villa

The villa is absolutely stunning, in a perfect location very close to some fabulous beaches and restaurants. The villa itself is perfect, the rooms are spacious and there is a huge terrace at the front with incredible views. The pool is one level down with a lockable gate so makes it very safe for young children. Unfortunately the WIFI wasn't working while we were there due to a recent storm but the owners were very accommodating and even gave us a key so we could use the WIFI in their nearby office. It was so wonderful we hope to return next year!

Amazing Experience!

We loved our stay at Maghi's place, fantastic view of Fautea beach (the pictures don't do it justice) and its crystal clear waters and it's close enough to Porto Vecchia for provisions. St. Cyprien beach (and Le Tiki) are also close by and is a great place to spend the day. The house is beautiful and modern with all the necessary finishings and Maghi and her husband are delightful hosts. It's perfect for a family and very private. My only recommendation is don't forget to bring a check for the security deposit, as we had delays with moving monies around for this.

Maghi et Claude sont deux personnes absolument charmantes qui font tout pour que votre séjour se passe parfaitement. La maison est une vraie maison d’architecte (Claude en est l’architecte) parfaitement pensée, très confortable et qui s’intègre parfaitement à la nature environnante et joue avec. L’aménagement intérieur de la maison est parfait, on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Le cadre et la vue sont époustouflants, le calme absolu. La piscine chauffée est un gros point positif qui fera que même les plus frileux pourront en profiter, et la vue depuis la piscine est tout simplement idyllique. Bref, séjour absolument parfait dans une maison que l’on n’a pas envie de quitter!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus hält, was es verspricht. Super Blick aufs Meer und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und die ruhige Terrasse absolut einladend. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 10 Autominuten entfernt, der nächste Strand 10 Gehminuten (der Weg dorthin allerdings sehr steil und in der Hitze durchaus beschwerlich). Fazit: wir würden sofort wieder buchen und eine entspannte Woche dort verbringen!!!

Super villa met geweldig uitzicht

De villa is nog leuker dan de foto's deden vermoeden. Heerlijk in luxe verblijven, een uitzicht uit de duizend en een verwarmd zwembad. Het super grote terras is volledig zonder inkijk. Het huis is met grote zorg ingericht met prachtige meubelen.

Summer 2024

Vi var i villaen i 2 uger og alt gik meget fint. Maghi og hendes ægtefælle har været meget hjælpsomme og har responderet meget hurtigt. Vi havde ønsket ekstra rengøring midt i vores ferie, som Maghi arrangerede med det samme. Udsigten fra huset kan næppe gøres bedre og er enestående. Huset har alt det man har behov for med masse af plads. Eneste lille ting: vi kunne godt havde tænkt os lidt flere møbler i udearealet (større spisebord og ekstra sofa samt parasol). Swimming pool var dejlig og vi brugte mange timer der. Et dejligt ophold på 2 uger, med masse af gode minder.

Un paradis au sud de la Corse

Cette maison d'architecte est encore plus magistrale en réalité que sur les photos. Nous avons apprécié la vue imprenable sur la mer, la qualité des équipements et l'espace impressionnant aussi bien dans les chambres et que dans les parties communes. Un gros coup de cœur pour la magnifique cuisine et bien entendu pour la piscine chauffée. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour agréable.

Fabuleux !

Merci à Maghi et Claude pour leur accueil chaleureux et pour leur gentillesse (nous avons pu arriver plus tôt et partir plus tard que les heures prévues.) Cette splendide villa à fait de notre semaine un vrai bonheur. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir très rapidement comme chez soi, voire mieux!!! D’une propreté irréprochable, la villa est conçue pour que tout soit facile et pratique (nettoyage, cuisine, rangement…) On y trouve tout le confort, livres, dvd, jeux et même un surmatelas pour ceux qui ont le dos fragile comme nous. La piscine chauffée est tellement agréable qu’il est difficile d’en sortir ;-) La vue est magnifique, on est parfaitement au calme en étant à proximité de tout. Bref le rêve ! On y reviendra dès que possible avec hâte.

Magnifique séjour

La maison est parfaite , tant par sa conception , son équipement , et sa situation idéale pour profiter du sud de la Corse. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Les pièces principales de la maison donnent sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur mer , une vraie carte postale vivante du matin au soir . Services de proximité qualitatifs , de nombreuses belles plages à proximité , col de bavella , porto vecchio et Bonifaccio à faire absolument . Nous conseillons cette location . Nous avons largement profité de ce séjour hors saison ( 1ère semaine de novembre ) avec notre fille de 8 ans qui a pu profiter de la piscine chauffée chaque jours même sous la pluie automnale . Les propriétaires sont disponibles et communicatifs . La location est très bien entretenue , très propre . Une belle expérience !

Magnifique !

Superbe maison avec une vue juste magnifique! La maison est d’une propreté remarquable et elle est très agréable à vivre avec toutes les pièces qui donnent sur l’immense terrasse. La piscine chauffée est extrêmement appréciable et la vue magique! Les propriétaires Maghi et Claude sont vraiment très sympathiques et aux petits soins et nous les en remercions. Superbe maison avec vue exceptionnelle !

Avons passé 3 semaines dans cette agréable maison. Bassin de nage chauffé idéalement situé en contrebas de la terrasse avec un arbre majestueux qui assure l'ombre à proximité. Grand choix de livres, toutes catégories, très apprécié. Nous y avons découvert quelques auteurs inconnus. Accueil très sympathique et prévenant des propriétaires Maghi et Claude, maison très propre. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
