Had wonderful family holidays

We enjoyed amazing days in Corsica. The house is very nice and clean, with a beautiful view to the mountains and the sea. We have three kids (8, 11, 14) and also had two guests for some nights - plenty of place. There were many nice beaches in around a 20min drive with the car. Though while the roads were often quite crowded (end of July, around Porto-Vecchio and Ste Lucie it really needs some patience except you avoid the „beach-rush hour“), the beaches were never too crowded. And the sea in Corsica is just one of the most beautiful in Europe (including great snorkling opportunities). In a nutshell: Corsica is wonderful, the property very nice - we truely enjoyed it. .

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem perfekten Ferienhaus

Wir durften zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus verbringen – mit vier Kindern im Alter von neun bis 15 Jahren sowie vier Erwachsenen. Das Haus ist Ă€ußerst großzĂŒgig geschnitten, hervorragend ausgestattet und lĂ€sst wirklich keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt.Unsere Gastgeber Caroline und Jean-François waren jederzeit erreichbar, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch Amelia und Laurent standen uns vor Ort jederzeit freundlich zur Seite, wenn wir etwas benötigten.Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach fantastisch – mit einem atemberaubenden Blick ĂŒber die Bucht, den wir jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen haben.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es war fĂŒr uns ein absoluter Traumurlaub!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage – ideal zum Entspannen“

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und angenehm – perfekt zum Entspannen. Zum nĂ€chsten Strand fĂ€hrt man etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, da das Haus etwas höher gelegen ist.Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight: sauber, schön angelegt und ideal zum AbkĂŒhlen. Auch die KĂŒche war gut ausgestattet und es war alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht.Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns jedoch gefehlt: Es waren kaum SpĂŒlmaschinentabs vorhanden, keine Alu- oder Frischhaltefolie, und auch das Toilettenpapier war nur sehr begrenzt da. Solche Dinge hĂ€tte man sich bei einem Ferienhaus dieser Kategorie etwas großzĂŒgiger gewĂŒnscht.Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt – mit etwas Nachbesserung bei den Kleinigkeiten wĂ€re es perfekt.

Tolles Haus, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet - Top!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll - sehr groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, große Terrasse mit 180° Blick, 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 DuschbĂ€der und 2 WCs (eins oben, eins unten). Die Sauberkeit war Top. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr gut: 3 KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Trockner, GeschirrspĂŒler, Luftmatratze und Reinigungszubehör fĂŒr den Pool, LiegestĂŒhle, WĂ€schestĂ€nder, KinderstĂŒhle, Messer, ... Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, die Abwicklung ĂŒbernahm eine Kontaktperson vor Ort, die auch sehr freundlich war. Punkte die man noch verbessern könnte: - Leistung der GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine war schwach, viel manuelles Abwaschen notwendig - Die Anzahl und Lage von BĂ€dern und WCs könnte in der Beschreibung klarer sein - Messer schĂ€rfen - Anweisungen fĂŒr die MĂŒllentsorgung Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Tolles Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sehr gute Betten, ein tolles GrundstĂŒck drumherum. Es ist sehr ruhig und der Blick von der Terrasse herrlich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, auch dank Amelia, die in zwei Wochen 2x da war.KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet und die zwei KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke sind super. Zum Vardiola Strand kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Schade, daß die zwei Wochen vorbei sind, wir kommen wieder!!!!

Die perfekte Unterkunft

Das Haus ist fantastisch. Sehr großzĂŒgige RĂ€ume, toller Blick ĂŒber Meer und Berge, toller Pool. Besser geht nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden sofort wieder kommen. Perfekt auch der BĂ€cker Robert, der jeden Morgen mit seinem Auto hupend direkt vor der TĂŒr hĂ€lt. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön- super StrĂ€nde sind schnell erreichbar und auch wandern und baden in FlĂŒssen ist möglich.

un vrai paradisen corse

si vous allez en corse ne chercher plus la villa de vos reves ; tout y est une vaste villa avec 4 chambres parfaites, un salon immense avec une vue a vous couper le souffle sur la terrasse , une belle piscine a la bri du vent et des regards, une belle plage a 10 min a pied , les aiguilles de bavella au coucher du soleil ; que revez de plus ? des loueurs adorables , une dame de menage trés sympatique et super efficace ; cerise sur la gateau : un boulanger qui passe tous les matins avec des croissants frais ....

Richtig tolles Haus in bester Lage

Das Haus ist einfach großartig! Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern lĂ€sst sich sehr gut und einfach regulieren. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen und sind sehr bequem. BettwĂ€sche ist vorhanden, allerdings hat es nur eine große Decke pro Bett. Die Zimmer gehen zum Pool, welcher gut gepflegt und ausreichend groß ist. Die Terrasse um den Pool ist groß und es ist toll, dass man von viel GrĂŒn geben ist. Am Nachmittag bieten die Hecken und BĂ€ume natĂŒrlichen Schatten am Pool. Es gibt genug Liegen fĂŒr alle. Leider hat es nur 2 Sonnenschirme. Das ist etwas wenig, da man auch gut noch einen Schirm fĂŒr die Terrasse oben brauchen könnte und eher noch einen mehr am Pool. Die Badezimmer sind schön gestaltet, bieten genĂŒgend Platz zur Ablage und die Duschen sind sehr gut. Ein großes Plus ist, dass jeder ein Duschhandtuch, ein Poolhandtuch und ein kleines Handtuch bekommt. Im unteren Stockwerk gibt es auch einen großen Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Beide GerĂ€te sind sehr modern und gut gepflegt. Außerdem kann man hier auch z.B. leere Koffer lagern. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich im oberen Stockwerk ist sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sehr großzĂŒgig gestaltet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es gibt einen großen Tisch draußen, an dem alle ohne Probleme Platz haben. ZusĂ€tzlich gibt es noch einen Lounge Bereich. Insgesamt hat es richtig viele Möbel fĂŒr draußen (StĂŒhle, Sessel, Liegen etc ) sodass jeder jederzeit ein PlĂ€tzchen findet. Auch mit 8 Personen gibt es genug RĂŒckzugsorte. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet, es hat alles in mehrfacher AusfĂŒhrung und es fehlt an nichts. Außerdem hat es 2 KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke, was ein großes Plus ist. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es nur 3 Herdplatten hat, was manchmal etwas ungeschickt ist, wenn man fĂŒr viele kocht. Ansonsten haben der Gasherd und der Elektrobackofen aber einwandfrei funktioniert. Im ganzen Haus gibt es elektrische Jalousien, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter hier ab und zu selbst wohnen. Außerdem ist es insgesamt super sauber und der Reinigungsservice 1x pro Woche ist natĂŒrlich ein Luxus. Im Vorfeld haben uns die Vermieter unsere vielen Fragen gerne und schnell beantwortet und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Kommunikation mit AmĂ©lia vor Ort hat super funktioniert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen und waren begeistert vom Haus! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un petit coin de Paradis

Que du positif !! Des propriĂ©taires avenants avant le sĂ©jour. Accueil et dĂ©part fluides et facilitĂ©s. La villa est impeccable, l annonce ne lui rendant pas justice tant elle est agrĂ©able, bien placĂ©e, trĂšs spacieuse, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et avec une vue canon ! Wunderschoenes Anwesen

Wir waren als Familie fuer 2 Wochen im August hier (Kinder sind 15, 20 und 21). Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben. Ein sehr grosser Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer offenen Kueche, einem runden "Chill-Bereich" mit TV, und einer riesigen Terasse, die nur durch eine grosse Glasfront (5 grosses Schiebetueren) getrennt ist. Von hier aus hat man sowohl einen sehr schoenen Meerblick, als auch einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Die Schlafzimmer sind im unteren Bereich der Villa, alle 4 sind sehr schoen und sauber, und klimatisiert, und haben einen direkten Zugang zum privaten Aussenpool. Der Pool ist eingefasst in ein Holzdeck, und ist ebenfalls sehr, sehr schoen. Man hat viel Platz, und ist umgeben von schoenen Bueschen, Baeumen und Blumenstraeuchern. Es hat einen kleinen Supermarkt am Campingplatz Pinarellu (ca. 6 min mit dem Auto). Hier gibt es auch frische Croissants und Baguette. Groessere Supermaerkte (Super U, SPAR) gibt es in Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio. Hier gibt es auch einen sehr guten Metzger (ca. 10 min mit dem Auto, je nachdem, wieviel Stau an der Ampel im Ort ist ...). Jeden Morgen kommt um ca. 8.30 ein Broetchen-Service vorbei und hupt :-). Hier kann man dann Baguettes und Croissants kaufen. Zum sehr kleinen Vardiola Strand kann mann laufen (10 min), allerdings ist der Weg recht steil. Zum Pinarellu Strand kommt man mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell (7 min). Ebenfalls zum Strand in Saint Cyprien (10 min). Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, da man sehr schnell in Porto-Vecchio ist, und auch sehr schnell an die Straende in Polambaggio, Santa Gulia und Rhondinara gelangt. Alles in allem hat die Villa alles gehalten was uns versprochen wurde. Wir waren begeistert! Auch die Kommunikation mit Caroline und Amelia war spitze. Waehrend unseres 2-woechigen Aufenthaltes wurde das Haus 2-mal gereinigt. La villa est située au calme dans le domaine et est trÚs bien conçue et tout confort sans aucun vis à vis. Le salon et la trÚs grande terrasse avec la vue dégagée sur la baie et les montagnes sur plus de 180 degrés forme un bel ensemble vraiment inoubliable et la piscine et la terrasse du bas permettent aussi à la famille d'organiser ses moments de calme ou d'agitation à loisir. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les salles de bain sont modernes, et la cuisine grande et fonctionnelle. La distance entre la maison et les premiÚres plages ou animations et restaurants est idéale mais la voiture reste indispensable et il faudra un peu plus de temps et trajets pour profiter pleinement de la variété entre Porto vecchio et Bonifacio et des autres plages et spots. Merci à la famille Nicolaï pour leurs conseils de visites et leurs bons soins à la qualité de notre séjour.

Tolles Haus in fantastischer Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig mit einer riesigen Terrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick ( Meer und Berge), wie auch schon auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Meer erreicht man fußlĂ€ufig in 10 Minuten. Das Wasser ist klar und jetzt im Sommer angenehm warm. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe verlief problemlos und Amelia (die Dame, die sich um das Haus kĂŒmmert) war sehr freundlich, zuverlĂ€ssig und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm fanden wir den Lieferservice der BĂ€ckerei, der jeden Morgen frische Croissants, Baguette und kleine Snacks brachte. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

The villa was amazing. Lots’of room for 8 people, beautiful views of ocean and mountains, a ten minute walk to the beach, very private and clean, and close enough to Porto Vecchio. I would definitely recommend this villa. I give it a perfect score.
