Our family home is located in a quiet environment in the middle of a landscaped garden on the edge of the maquis.
It is designed to accommodate 10 people, (+ baby), with its 4 independent bedrooms and its parental suite, (90/160 X 200 bedding), 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets.
A large cathedral lounge area, an independent kitchen-dining room opening onto the terrace and the garden.
A swimming pool of 11m x 5m perfectly integrated in the raised garden decorated with a wooden beach and an arbor.
A permaculture vegetable garden is at your disposal.
A real bowling green is at your disposal.
Bikes, ping pong, molkky, pétanque, rackets, games, CD, DVD, books are also available, as well as a Weber barbecue and a plancha.
In Sainte Lucie you will find all the shops: Spar, Super U, butcher, bakery, as well as Pharmacy, Tobacco, post office, hairdresser etc ...
In Pinarelle, in addition to the beach and the small port, huts and rentals of kayaks, paddle, boats, you can, in front of the sea, have your coffee with your feet in the sand and enjoy the pretty little restaurants.

Grande maison agréable avec une piscine remarquable

Belle maison très bien équipée et propre. Un grand plus pour cette belle et grande piscine bien entretenue. Les jeux tels que ping-pong, pétanque, raquettes etc ont été les bienvenus. Nous avons apprécié le second réfrigérateur ainsi que la machine a glaçons. L'accès pour la maison est très facile. Un petit détail, nous aurions apprécié qu'il y ait une petite étagère dans les douches pour déposer nos ustensiles tels que savons, gel douche... (Malheureusement la pomme de douche de la sdb du RDC ne pouvait être fixée en hauteur car support cassé, mais c est un détail). Enfin, pour la suite, il serait intéressant que cette grand baie vitrée exposée Sud/Est soit équipée de volets pour permettre de garder la fraîcheur à l'interieur. Propriétaires à l'écoute. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Je recommande vivement.

Fantastiskt hus!

Vilket fantastiskt ställe! Perfekt för oss två familjer med barn och våra föräldrar. Mycket trevligt omhändertagande vid ankomst. Fina sällskapsytor, kök,och uteplats med utsikt. Väldigt fin pool och många ställen att sitta på utomhus. Bästa stranden bara 5minuter bort! Kan verkligen rekommendera detta!

Very nice house for a big family, lovely garden with pool and opportunity for different activities, You need a car to reach the beach and shops. Within an hour you can reach the mountains and Bonifacio for ex.Beautiful surroundings.

Das Haus entspricht genau dem, was auf den Bilder gezeigt wird: Sehr schöne, ausgesuchte Gestaltung, tolle Infrastruktur (CD, Bikes, Tischtennis und super Küchenequipment). Es ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist auf schönsten Wegen auch zu Fuss erreichbar und in 5 - 10 Minuten Autodistanz ist alles nötige erreichbar (grosser SuperU, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Strand). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus, die Hosts-Person und den Vermieter ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. La piscine est agréable et grande et la climatisation dans les chambres nous a permis de bien dormir. Le logement est très bien équipé (il manque le barbecue noté dans l’annonce). La proximité de la magnifique plage de Pirallu est un atout du logement !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette maison, nous avions en tant que trois familles chacune notre espace. Nous avons profité de la piscine et de la proximité avec la mer. La maison est très jolie. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est fonctionnel. Le jardin est vraiment très beau. Il y a une bonne atmosphère dans la maison.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette belle maison : confort (climatisation dans les chambres), calme et très nombreux équipements : piscine superbe, pétanque, ping pong, plancha... Tout était parfait. Idéal pour une famille ou plusieurs couples. L'emplacement permet également de rayonner dans la région (proximité immédiate de très belles plages, des piscines du Cavu...) La villa est tres bien située proche des plages (5 min en voiture mais compliqué à pied en plein été ) et proche de belles piscines, au calme dans un jardin magnifique. La climatisation dans les chambres est un vrai plus au mois d’Aout.

Schöne, großzügige Villa umgeben von viel Grün

Die Villa hat eine gute Aufteilung und bietet viel Platz für eine große Familie. Durch die offene Galerie wirkt das Haus sehr großzügig. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine große Scheibenfront, die das gesamte Haus sehr hell und sonnendurchflutet erscheinen lässt. Die Küche bietet genügend Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die drei Badezimmer sind ausreichend für eine große Familie. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und ab mittags schattig. Die Villa hat einen sehr schönen, ausreichend großen Pool und sogar Hochbeete mit Tomaten, Auberginen und Zucchinis. Das gesamte Grundstück ist von einem Zaun umgeben, was gerade für Mieter mit einem Hund sehr praktisch ist. Durch die drei Fahrräder, die zum Haus gehören, kann man sehr schnell den wunderschönen Strand erreichen. Der Fußweg dauert 20 Minuten. Insgesamt ist die Villa ein tolles Mietobjekt und sehr zu empfehlen. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Nachbar, der sehr empfindlich auf Geräusche reagiert. Er fühlt sich offensichtlich von den Gästen gestört. Man sollte also wissen, dass man leise sein muss, um keinen Ärger zu bekommen.

We loved it!

The villa is perfect for a big family or friends up to 8-10 persons. It is perfect when a private sphere is important for you. Our dog loved the garden and she had no chance to get out what she normally would have done ;-) . The pool, the house, the location, the landlords, the on-site supervision ... everything was just very good! Thank you for giving us the possibility to have a perfect stay which we all will never forget!
