The smaller house has a similar layout with a living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom on the ground floor, and two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor.
Outdoor amenities include a covered dining area with a spacious table and chairs, a swing and slide for children, and stone walls providing privacy by the pool.
