Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, geräumig und alles da was man braucht. Der Pool und die angrenzende Wiese sind perfekt für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus war in sehr gutem und sauberen Zustand. In der Küche war vorhanden, was nötig war, Badausstattung mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine perfekt. Das Highlight war der Pool - der Vermieter kam zwei Mal wöchentlich zur Reinigung, ohne aber aufdringlich zu sein. Er hatte immer gute Tipps für die Gegend auf Lager und war eine tolle Bereicherung für unsere Urlaubspläne. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt: Rund 17 Minuten zum nächsten Großsupermarkt (Lidl), in rund 30 Minuten erreicht man Kaufland & Co. Aber auch im Ort selbst gab es (rund 5-7 Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt) zwei kleine Supermärkte, die das Nötigste für die Grundausstattung bereit gehalten und auch Sonntags geöffnet waren. Der nächstgelegene Strand war rund 20-25 Minuten Fahrtzeit entfernt - hier gerne den Vermieter nach Insidertipps fragen! Ausflugsziele Rovinj, Porec und Pula alle in 30-45 Minuten erreichbar, auch Zminj selbst ist einen Blick wert. Tolles Ziel in direkter Umgebung war auch das Kastell Morosini-Grimani in Svetvinčenat - hier finden im Sommer Mittelalterauffühungen statt und man kann eine spannende Escape-Castle-Tour machen, die auch für Kinder echt interessant ist. Danach lohnt sich ein Besuch bei der Pizzeria direkt vor dem Kastell. Die Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer, das sollte eventuell deutlicher in der Anzeige vermerkt werden. Sonst waren wir super zufrieden mit Haus, Umgebung und unserem supernetten Host. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, für Familien mit Kindern perfekt!
