House is next to the place Žminj, in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples. The villa consists of the living room and two bedrooms, with the two private bathroom, the kitchen and the space for dinning. Conditioning and electrical heating facilities are provided.Outside is playgroud with swings and send beach volleyball.

Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen Kuchen bekommen und durften den hauseigenen Wein und Grappa probieren. Die Tochter der Besitzer spricht sehr gut Englisch und sie hat uns viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt im Landesinneren und es ist dort sehr ruhig. Da ist wirklich nichts (fußläufig). Das haben wir vorher gewusst und war für uns okay. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Betten fanden wir auch okay. Es liegen überall Topper auf den Matratzen. Der Pool ist super und wird alle zwei Tage vom Besitzer mit einem Poolroboter gereinigt. Wir fanden es sehr schön dort.

Very pleasant stay near Zminj

The property is very beautiful and great for children (donkey, chickens, turtles, games, beach volleyball court, etc.). The swimming pool is large, clean and very warm thanks to the very generous climate. The owners are discreet but very available if needed. And you can taste their local production (wine, grappa, ..) Shops nearby (dairy, cheese dairy, butcher, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). It is an ideal base for visiting the region (Pula, Rovijn, Porec, Brijuni, East Coast, etc.). Thank you again for this very pleasant stay!

Top Unterkunft wenn man Ruhe möchte

Super netter Vermieter und seine Tochter, die sich um uns gekümmert haben. Eigene Kirschen, Eier und Grappa haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt. Für die Kinder waren Esel, Hühner und Schildkröten das Highlight. Das Haus war sehr sauber und richtig gut ausgestattet. Einzig auf unsere Betten Zuhause haben wir uns jetzt wieder gefreut. Der Pool ist absolut toll und wir haben viel entspannte Zeit dort verbracht. Auch den schönen Grill haben wir genutzt. WLAN war hervorragend, vor allem wenn man die Abgeschiedenheit der Anlage bedenkt. Wer also seine Ruhe genießen möchte ist hier richtig. Zminj liegt so, dass man überall gleichweit hinfahren muss. Das fanden wir optimal und war kein Problem. Auto muss aber sein. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank

Super Lage, großzügige Anlage

In alle Himmelsrichtungen die gleiche Strecke, alles super zu erreichen. Sauberer Pool. Die Betten sind so lala, aber das kennen wir ja alle. Gute, freundliche Versorgung durch den Vermieter. Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für unsere 5 köpfige Familie. Sehr zu empfehlen

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt! Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, der Pool ist ein Traum. Der Esel, die Hühner, Enten und Schildkröten haben uns jeden Tag nette Gesellschaft geleistet. Die Lage ist perfekt, um sternförmig ganz Istrien zu erkunden. Das tolle Wetter, die herrliche Landschaft und das kristallklare Meerwasser überall machten den Urlaub unvergesslich, nicht zuletzt dank der Gastfreundlichkeit der Familie Pamic! Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder!

ideal location (because close to the highway) to visit the istria in a super quiet setting

We have just spent 15 wonderful days in a very pretty villa very clean and very pretty. Everything was present to spend a great stay. A great pool, our friend Donkey Babe who makes children happy as well as squirrels, butterflies, birds, lizards ... the calm ... Cvetko and his family are super nice and do everything for your holidays are successful. They have a treasure in their hands ❤The villa is very well located. It is close to the highway. So we were more or less 30 minutes from Rovinj, Porec, Novigrad, Labin, Motovun, Cape Kamenjak, Peroj (where I recommend the sea because the water is crystalline and there are not many people) Fazana, Vrsar and the Limski Kanal. The roads are so beautiful with very few people that we even made the trip to the Plitvice Lakes (3 hours drive really worth it).In short everything was perfect! Croatians are super nice and patient with tourists. Our English was really basic (yes we are Belgian ;-)) but we never had the slightest problem to make us understand. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit einer Jungstruppe

Wir waren zu sechst eine Woche lang in Krizanci und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Pool ist groß angenehm temperiert und sehr sauber. Das Haus war für ein Ferienhaus gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Terrasse bot eine angenehme Sitzgelegenheit mit Kommunikationsmöglichkeit zum Esel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in Zminj und damit gut erreichbar. Das Angenehmste am Apartment sind trotz alle dem die Vermieter. Neben der Verköstigung von hauseigenen Getränken waren die

Très belle maison de vacances

A perfect summer holiday at a very kind family

We enjoyed our two-week holiday in June 2018 very much. Our kids loved the private pool, the playground and beach volleyball court, but most of all they adored all the animals on the area. It's been six months but they are still asking about Beba the donkey :) The owner family is incredibly kind even if unexpected things happen (thank you again!). To sum up, we strongly recommend to stay there! Thanks for everything and please say hello to Beba for us :)
