Everything was so wonderful and comfortable :) Great location, just a few mins to the center and to all attractions. Great team of workers starting from the reception,then breakfast serving, bar lounge, and cleaning. Great food and quality. Will be glad to come back:)

One night, no sleep, and no one willing to help We booked a single night at this property while driving back from a beach vacation, roughly nine hours on the road, with the plan to rest and continue our trip in the morning. That rest never happened. A group of children (around 30 of them) gathered outside, in front of the reception desk, and shouted and screamed from around 9 pm until at least 11 pm. I cannot say exactly when it stopped, because I eventually had to take a night pill to fall asleep. I called the reception desk at approximately 9:45 pm and was told the staff would see what they could do. Nothing changed. The next morning I asked to speak with the manager. She told me that nothing could be done about what had already happened. Apparently a night guard was supposed to make rounds around 11 pm and address the situation, but that never took place. We were offered one complimentary breakfast as an apology. What concerned me most was learning from a member of the cleaning staff that this happens nearly every night, that the property receives frequent complaints about it, and that she had also tried to get the attention of the children's guardians without success. To be clear, I do not blame the children. My issue is with the property. We paid for accommodation with the reasonable expectation of being able to sleep, and no one on staff took responsibility for making that possible. For that reason, I cannot recommend staying here.
