The Ferienwohnanalage House Roland (33 apartments spread over two houses) is located on a quiet side street on Glienberg close to the forest. The center of Zinnowitz with shops, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. The sandy beach and the Baltic Sea are about 800m (10 minutes), the pier of the seaside resort can be reached in about 15 minutes. Sauna, relaxation room and small swimming pool on the ground floor of house 1 can be shared free of charge. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and laundromat on the ground floor of the house.

The bright and friendly 3-room apartment has a size of 58 m² and can be occupied by up to 4 people. Facilities The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a sofa bed, a combined living and dining room, an open kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The south-facing balcony invites you to relax and unwind. Take a look at the Philips Flat TV your favorite DVD on, these two packages, also a Blu-ray player available. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick in die Natur (nicht das Meer). Technische Ausstattung ist einwandfrei. Die beiden Bäder sind etwas eng. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Von der Buchung über die Kommunikation und auch der Aufenthalt alles wunderbar. Wir bekamen alle Informationen über E-Mails auch notwendige Unterlagen wurden uns vom Inhaber des Objekts zeitnah gesendet. Die Unterkunft war toll und wir werden mit Sicherheit hier wieder Urlaub machen. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Es war okay

Eine schöne gepflegte Anlage, wie alle neu gebauten Ferienwhg. sehr hellhörig, man ist beim Nachbarn live dabei, der Balkon war völlig in Ordnung, schöne Sicht nach hinten raus. Die Whg. war gut ausgestattet, die Bäder völlig in Ordnung. Leider waren in der Küche keine Pfannen vorhanden. Das einzig Negative waren das Sofa nebst Decke und Kissen voll mit Tierhaaren. So etwas sollte nicht vorkommen, denn dafür zahlt man eine stolze Endreinigungsgebühr. Der Weg zum Strand war super durch den Wald. Wir haben alles fußläufig bequem etrreichen können.
