The Villenensemble Zinnowitzer Hof represents 100 years old, restored resort architecture in maritime country house style and is located in a quiet location between sea and forest and only about 750 m from the village center with many shops to stroll, restaurants, Therater and cinema. The non smoking apartment itself is lavishly renovated and individually furnished. It has room for 86 square meters for up to 4 people. It has a fireplace in the living room, a spacious dining area with direct views of the promenade and Baltic Sea, a loggia overlooking the lake and a balcony facing the forest, here you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with modern flat screens and satellite TV, the living room on Blueray player and a stereo. Throughout the apartment WiFi can be used. Box-spring beds and blackout curtains a good night, the sitting and reading areas in the bedrooms invite you to lean back and relax. The modern kitchen has a cozy alcove in the seating area. For breakfast there are 4 people. The apartment is designed with real wood parquet. For a successful day at the beach a Stradkorb (from mid-May to mid-September) is available to our guests on the nearby beach, also a parking space in the immediate vicinity and a lockable bike room.
