The Haus Roland residential complex consists of two apartment buildings on a spacious plot.


The exclusive, bright apartment on the upper floor has a fitted kitchen, underfloor heating, stylish furniture and a beautiful view of the countryside. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, comfortable armchairs and an inviting dining area. From here you can reach the covered south-facing balcony.


The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender and plenty of dishes. The bedrooms, which are quietly located on the gable side, have double beds and spacious closets.


The completely new shower room has an outside window. A small indoor swimming pool and a sauna complete the recreational offer of the facility. The bicycle cellar, table tennis room, washing machine and dryer can be used by all guests. You will find your parking space directly in front of the house.

sehr schön

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der sehr schönen Wohnung. Ca. 15 min von der Seebrücke Zinnowitz entfernt. Der Balkon ist etwas zu klein wenn man mit 4 Personen Mahlzeiten ein nehmen möchte ein kleines Manko. Liebe Grüße aus Norderstedt

geräumig, hell und freundlich

Die Wohnung lässt auch bei schlechtem Wetter gute Laune aufkommen. Man kann seinen Urlaub genießen. Bei längerem Aufenthalt ist das geräumige Bad mit gut organisierten Ablagen von großem Vorteil. Es macht einfach Freude dort seinen Urlaub zu genießen.

Perfekt - so geht Urlaub! Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Diese Ferienwohnung war perfekt für uns und unsere kleine Tochter. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig angefragt und prompt Antwort direkt von Frau Hönniger erhalten. Dankeschön für die sehr unkomplizierte und persönliche Kommunikation! Schwimmbad und Sauna haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Alles neu und pikobello sauber! Auch der beheizte und geräumige Fahrradkeller mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sowie der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür waren sehr angenehm. Dies war die erste Ferienwohnung, in der wir tatsächlich nichts vermisst haben. Es ist eben doch ein Unterschied, ob eine Wohnung ausschließlich der Vermietung vorbehalten ist oder ob die Vermieter auch selbst regelmäßig dort wohnen. Schöne Spiele und Bücher, gutes Geschirr und Besteck in großzügiger Anzahl, tolle Küchenausstattung und gute Betten/Matratzen. Die Fußbodenheizung war in den kühlen Novembertagen ein wohltuendes Plus. Wir fahren rundum erholt nach Hause! Hoffentlich dürfen wir wiederkommen - darüber würden wir uns sehr freuen. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Hönniger!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt am Rande von Zinnowitz

Sehr gute Wohnung, für Leute die gut zu Fuß sind und lange Spaziergänge machen wollen .War von uns so gewollt. Schwimmbad auch gut Einmal Stromausfall , Hausmeister war sofort da. WLAN funktierte nicht, aber für uns nicht lebenswichtig. Sehr ruhig, klare Weiterempfelung .

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Küche hat alles was benötigt wird. Wir fühlten uns gut untergebracht.Strand und Zentrum zu Fuß ca 10 min entfernt. Was mich aber besonders störte ist der extrem schlechte Internetzugang. Ist nicht zu gebrauchen weil man ständig rausfliegt oder erst keine Verbindung zu Stande kommt. Und immer nur ein Gerät möglich das die Verbindung nutzen kann. Bei mehreren Personen die das Netz nutzen möchten daher nicht machbar. Aber das ist anscheinend ein generelles Problem auf Usedom und nicht auf die Wohnung zurückzuführen. Waren zuvor einige Tage in einem Hotel in der Nähe wo das Problem das selbe war. Im ganzen gesehen ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert für einen Urlaub . Mit freundlichen Grüßen
