Komfort - zu tiefes Waschbecken, für Kinder wäre eine Fussbank dagewesen, Toilettenbecken ebenfalls zu tief,zentrale Lage, Sonnenschirm nicht nutzbar, weil nicht in vorhandene Stange passte, Aufleger für Balkonmöbel, kaum kleine Löffel vorhanden
