Das Ferienhaus, ein kleines Reihenmittelhaus, in sehr ruhiger Lage war gemütlich und hatte alles, was man so braucht. Die Eingangssituation ist zu kalten und nassen Jahreszeit etwas unglücklich. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Charmantes kleines Haus
Das Haus war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Es ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr schönes Bad. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Zingst in Müggenburg. Von da kann man schöne Fahrradtouren in alle Richtungen. Die direkte Straße zum Strand ist leider ohne Radweg oder Fußweg, so dass wir doch mehr aufs Auto angewiesen waren (der Weg über den Deich war für unsere Tochter, 5, bei Gegenwind doch zu lang, also mal eben schnell zum Strand war schwierig), als gedacht. Für unseren Sohn, 8, war das wiederum kein Problem. Leider gab es fast keine kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten (außer natürlich an der FeWo direkt). Dafür war es schön ruhig und wir konnten abends die Kraniche einfliegen hören. Fazit: für den reinen Strandurlaub mit kleineren Kindern vielleicht weniger geeignet. Aber für den aktiven Urlaub mit Rad def eine Empfehlung.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit
Die Unterkunft bietet auf kleinem Raum alles was man braucht. Vor dem Haus ist eine kleine Terrasse auf der man z.B. Frühstücken kann. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig sodass man auch nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Liegt etwas außerhalb aber mit einem Auto ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten in Zingst.

Die Wohnung ist soweit in Ordnung. Die ein oder andere Ecke hat mittlerweile schon ein paar Gebrauchsspuren,der Wohnraum ist stimmungsvoll aufeinander abgestimmt.

Alles i.O.
Sauber, ausreichend Platz, gute Küchenausrüstung, aber kein Geschirrspüler und etwas weit ab vom Schuss, dafür sehr ruhig und erholsam — der Zweck der Übung. Meiner Frau hat ein Sonnenschirm gefehlt; ein Ständer war da, aber leider kein Schirm. Sehr gut für Radtouren und Wanderungen geeignet und insgesamt ein angemessenes Preis–Leistungs–Verhältnis.

Ein gemütliches Haus, nur nicht an dem Standort wie beschrieben bzw. was der Google Maps Punkt anzeigt. Tatsächliche Entfernung zum Strand sind 2km.

Schönes Objekt, aber weit draußen
Die tatsächliche Lage des Objektes stimmt überhaupt nicht mit den Angaben des Inserates überein. Bis zum Strand sind mindestens 2,5 Kilometer (statt 300 Meter) und bis ins Zentrum 4,5 Kilometer. Für die täglichen Wege, auch zum Strand ist somit zwingend ein Verkehrsmittel (Fahrrad, Auto, ...) erforderlich. Das Objekt an sich ist knuffig, kompakt im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Man merkt aber punktuell, dass die letzte Sanierung schon etwas zurückliegt, auch wenn es im täglichen Leben nicht stört.

Immer wieder gerne nochmal
Nicht nur dass alles zu unser Zufriedenheit war, die Nachbarn auf allen Seiten sehr nett waren und der Weg zum Strand mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten hinter uns lag, ist der Vermieter sehr freundlich, erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist Top und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Liebevoll eingerichtet und ein toller Ausblick. Jeden Tag mehrmals eine Gruppe Rehe gesehen. Natur pur und auch bis Zingst ist man mit dem Rad in nur wenigen Minuten. Der kleine gemütliche Hinterhof lädt zum Verweilen - auch mit den Nachbarn - ein. Daumen hoch und 5 Sterne
