Our 70 m2 apartment is located in the Sylt-style reed-roofed holiday complex with an open upper floor converted to a gallery. It has a sunny balcony situated on the side of the house facing the beach and has a terrific view of the sea. The house is tastefully furnished in a country home style and has it's own separate kitchen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Alles sauber und alles da was man braucht.Kurze Wege zum Strand.Ein Strandkorb wäre vielleicht nicht schlecht gewesen. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in wunderbarer Lage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und genauso begeistert wie zuvor. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt von einem ruhigen Strandabschnitt. Das ist perfekt für Strandwanderungen ohne Trubel. Nichtsdestotrotz, die Seebrücke von Zingst ist etwa 1:15 h zu Fuß am Strand entfernt. Auch das ist toll, weil dort die Strandkörbe stehen und etwas Trubel zwischendurch auch super ist. Mein Ausflugstipp: ab Prerow (Parkplatz Bernsteinweg) durch den Wald zum Leuchtturm am überwältigenden Weststrand wandern. Der 6 km lange Waldweg ist einer der schönsten die ich kenne. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein Kompliment noch an Frau Zaeske, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort für die professionelle und sehr nette Betreuung.

Herrlicher Urlaub

Wir kommen wieder! Trotz der Mücken ;) Die Wohnung war schön ruhig, alles da, was man braucht. Schöner Strand direkt vor der Tür und ansonsten gibt es in der Gegend/Umgebung sehr viel zu entdecken. Die Agentur tat alles mögliche, um es uns so schön wie es geht zu machen. Tolle Betreuung. 10 von 10 Punkten für diesen Urlaub

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Meeresrauschen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Im Bett hört man das Meer rauschen, ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig und entspannend. Mit den Rad ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in Zingst.

Wunderschön

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, abseits von der Touristenmeile, ist dort genau richtig! Die Nähe zum Strand, einem sehr ruhigen Abschnitt, ist absolut toll. Genial ist der Fahrradverleih ein paar Häuser weiter. Dort kann man Brötchen bestellen und bekommt fast alles, was einem fehlt ( der Kioskbesitzer ist genial, er hilft wo er kann und ist ein absolutes Unikum). Wir haben unseren Urlaub total genossen!

Urlaub in Achtern Diek

Wenn man nur baden will,eine fantastische Lage! Bisschen weit raus von Zingst wenn man shoppen oder abends was trinken will,immer auf Auto angewiesen. Treppe ins Obergeschoss zu steil für alte Leute,aber es gab ein Ersatzschlafzimmer,nur leider nicht so gut mit hartem Bett u blödem Schrank. Man wohnt,wie in einem Haus für sich,sehr ruhig. Ich würde es auf jedem Fall weiterempfehlen,wenn einem dir Entfernung zu Zingst nichts ausmacht, fantastischer Strand.

Wunderbar!

Die zahlreichen positiven Kommentare auf dieser Plattform kann ich nach meinem Aufenthalt voll und ganz bestätigen. Ich mochte insbesondere die Ausrichtung des Balkons nach Südwesten. Auflagen für die Balkonstühle findet man in der Abstellkammer. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig möbliert und super ausgestattet. Es gibt bequeme Sitzmöbel, was ich persönlich sehr wichtig finde. Wir haben jeden Abend selbst gekocht und alles gefunden, was dafür nötig ist. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Zwei oder drei Geschirrspültabs, Spülmittel und ein Abwaschlappen waren schon da. Das Bad ist großzügig geschnitten. Das Fenster geht in Richtung Norden, mit Blick ins Grüne. Auch wunderschön ist das Schlafzimmer auf der Galerie unter dem Dach. Die Wohnung und die kleine Ferienhaussiedlung ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen - und vor allem nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wer etwas Trubel sucht, der ist mit dem Rad in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum von Zingst mit der Seebrücke. Der Strand auf Höhe Achtern Diek (zwischen Strandaufgang 7 und 8) ist wunderbar ruhig. An der Straße auf Höhe Strandaufgang 7 gibt es ein öffentliches WC. Der Fahrradverleiher um die Ecke hat auch diverse Snacks und frische Brötchen auf Vorbestellung. Ein EDEKA mit Drogerie-Abteilung ist ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Ein Strandkorb an der Seebrücke kostet 12 Euro für den ganzen Tag, und 8 Euro für den halben Tag. Insgesamt kann ich Zingst und die Wohnung absolut empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, in einer tollen Ferienwohnung. Hier hat alles gepasst. Die unmittelbare Strandnähe, die ruhige Lage, die Erkundung der Natur in der Umgebung sowie das schnelle Erreichen des kleinen hübschen Ortes Zingst mit dem Fahrrad. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist leider in die Jahre gekommen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen Anlage (überwiegend Ferienwohnungen) direkt hinter dem Deich, so dass man in ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten am Strand ist. Vom Westbalkon aus konnte man wunderbar die Nachmittsgs- bzw. Abendsonne genießen. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dies macht sich insbesondere bei den Betten sowie der Küche bemerkbar...und wir haben eigentlich keine "überkandidelten" Ansprüche. Negativ war auch, dass man Handtücher und Bettwäsche noch über einen Anbieter vor Ort für 20 Euro pro Person hinzubuchen muss. Das haben wir so auch noch nicht erlebt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte hier nicht. Wir würden das Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen.
