This Thatched house leaves nothing to be desired. It is located on the edge of the Reethausgebietes with a wonderful view over the meadows and fields to the resort Zierow.
The property is completely fenced, so you can let your children or your dog play freely.
The Thatched Cottage was built in 2017 and has a large living area with dining table and integrated modern kitchenette with many details for cooking and baking.
A fireplace provides comforting warmth on cold days and you can comfortably read your favorite book or watch TV on the couch.
The Smart TV and a stereo system provide entertainment.
At the dining table, up to 6 people have space to dine and play games together.
The sauna with spa shower and the sep. Guest toilets are also located on the ground floor.
In the utility room you have a washing machine and various cleaning utensils available.
Upstairs of the house are three bedrooms and a large bath to find.
The two children's rooms with pull-out bed (max 160x180cm) and dresser are identically furnished.
The master bedroom with double bed and desk for your holiday greetings offer a wonderful view over the Reethausgebiet to the island of Poel.

Perfekt
Unser Urlaub, 10 Tage Nordsee war sehr schön und Erholsam. Wir hatten jeden Tag perfektes Wetter Sonne pur !!!
Unser Hund war genau so willkommen. Der Strand ist recht nahe und lädt zum Baden, soweit das Wetter passt, ein.
Das Haus war perfekt, sauber und es war alles nötige vorhanden. Es hatte uns nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna wurde fast täglich genutzt.
Einziger Nachteil für uns, die Gärtner und Handwerker
die meist früh was zu arbeiten hatten in der Siedlun 😉
Wir kommen sicherlich irgendwann wieder!!

Urlaub toll, Ferienhaus okay
Wir waren für 5 Nächte mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. An sich nicht schlecht, aber es gibt einige Mankos.
- Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Spinnweben in den Zimmern und selbst unter den Laternen im Flur.
- Jede Menge lange Haare in Bettwäsche und Handtüchern.
- Zigarettenstummel auf der Wiese im Grundstück.
- TV im Wohnbereich und in beiden Kinderzimmern, aber nicht im Elternschlafzimmer. Eine Fernbedienung mussten wir für 2 TVs benutzen.
- WLAN Passwort haben wir gefunden, nur leider funktioniert es nicht, da noch nicht einmal das Netzwerk zu finden war.
- Wie so oft in Ferienhäusern gab es natürlich nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und auch nur eine Seife, trotz 2 Toiletten.
- Die Nachfrage nach einem Hochstuhl wurde komplett ignoriert.
Wenn man davon absieht, hat man eine recht gut ausgestattete Küche und auch das Grundstück ist schön. Man kann gut entspannen, hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, aber es ist dennoch nicht weit zum Wasser.

Jedes Jahr gerne wieder
Auch in diesem Jahr waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Unterm Strich hat nur Corona diesem Kurzurlaub geschadet. Wir nutzen diesen Kurzurlaub im Dezember ansonsten sehr gerne um die umliegenden Weihnachtsmärkte zu besuchen. Dieses fiel in diesem Jahr leider flach.
Wenn wir noch weiter in die Corona-Verlängerung gehen sollten werden wir diesen jährlichen Kurzurlaub nicht mehr in der Art vollziehen.
Die Abwicklung seitens der Vermietungsagentur war anders dieses Jahr (ohne Kontakt), aber vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt wie gewohnt.
Fazit: Lasst euch einfach alle Impfen, damit wir auch weiterhin euer schönes Bundesland besuchen können.

Schöne Ferienhaussiedlung
Sehr schönes Haus , gute Ausstattung , gute Lage und kurzer Weg zur Ostsee .
Sollte jedoch nur mit Max 4 Personen ( 1 grosses geräumiges Schlafzimmer, 2 weitere kleine Zimmer für je 1 erwachsene Person geeignet ) belegt werden .
