The Space:

A 72 m² apartment includes two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The living room features a sofa bed, while the bedrooms provide clothes storage, hangers and blankets.



The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, extractor hood, kettle, toaster and microwave. Guests can also use a blender, waffle maker, dining table and wine glasses. Coffee and tea are included in the stay.



The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, bidet and basic toiletries including shower gel, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner.



The apartment features air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan and a wood-burning fireplace. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and board games. The bedrooms have blackout curtains, while additional amenities include a first-aid kit, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The apartment does not feature a TV, but a Smart Projector.



One of the apartment’s most distinctive features is the glazed skylight that brings natural light into the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. It functions as a small indoor greenhouse and adds an unusual character to the space.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment and its balcony with outdoor furniture.



Pets are welcome for an additional fee of PLN 100.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located at Żeromskiego 2, directly by Zielona Góra’s pedestrian promenade. The surrounding historic district features buildings dating mainly from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, including characteristic Art Nouveau architecture.



Many of the city’s main attractions are within a short walk. The Lubuskie Museum, Wine Museum and Lubuski Theatre are around 5 minutes away. Zielona Góra Philharmonic is about 2 minutes away, while the Palm House is around 10 minutes away on foot. Planetarium Venus and the Kepler Science Centre are also within approximately 5–10 minutes walking distance.



The city’s famous Bachusiki, distinctive small figures scattered throughout the centre, are also worth discovering. Families may enjoy Park Piastowski, while longer outings can include the Ducal Park in Zatonie, Millennium Park with its brine graduation tower and Przystań Tu in Cigacice.



The surrounding area offers a wide choice of restaurants and cafés. For Polish cuisine, recommended options include Bar Smaczek and Sagan Kuchnia Polska. YAYA Ramen, Oliwa i Ogień, Wegarnik and Tajska Kuchnia offer a range of international flavours. For breakfast and coffee, guests can visit Miszta Love, Między Bułami, Loui or Sapori Pazzi Morning & More.



For something sweet, recommended spots include Śliwki na Sośnie, Gruzińska Piekarnia and Wasza Pączkarnia i Lodziarnia. Tylko Mnie Kochaj – Lody Piaggio is located right by the townhouse. In the evening, Botanista and Jazz Kino are nearby options.



For trips further afield by car, the surrounding region also offers lakes including Łagów, Lubikowo, Niesulice, Głębokie and Sława.



Getting Around:

There is no private parking space. For guests arriving by car, public parking is available near the Zielona Góra Philharmonic and by Księgarnia św. Antoniego.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a five-storey historic townhouse with no lift, so guests need to use the stairs to reach it.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.



Parties are not allowed, quiet hours apply, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Guests are not permitted to use the fireplace on their own.
