Owner wanted to be paid cash. Never gave a receipt... Told me he will cancel Expedia booking I was charged from Expedia and paid him cash. Left the apartment after 1 night, because it was in a very poor condition...

Avoid. No booking.

On arrival phoned the property owner who reported no booking made and does not use Hotels.com. Very unprofessional and unhelpful on the phone. Subsequently checked the booking with Hotels.com who confirmed booking and attempted to make contact with the owner. Due to no contact from owner an alternative accommodation was sourced via Hotels.com representative. Would not recommend!
