The typical Engadin railway station with direct connections to Zernez (13 mins) Scuol (17 mins) and Klosters (24 mins) is located in the immediate vicinity, ideal for excursions in the surrounding area and travelling by train. A diverse offering that is second to none!



The flat is located directly on Piazza Gronda – the main square in Lavin – and thanks to the bypass road, it is nevertheless very quiet. Hotel Piz Linard with restaurant and known for its exciting cultural offerings is just a stone's throw away, as is the Volg shop and the famous Giacometti bakery for fine fresh rolls or a typical Engadin nut cake, which is only a minute's walk away.



From the underground car park (garage height: 2.0m) you can reach the apartment via lift or stairs. The apartment features a cosy living room with fireplace, the heart of the apartment, with an open dining area and access to the two bedrooms.



The master bedroom is equipped with an oversized Swiss pine bed (180 x 210 cm). Good sleep is guaranteed here! The second bedroom has two single beds.



The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a relaxed holiday. A dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available to our guests.



The guest card of the Engadin Scuol holiday region is included in every booking for all guests.
