Fantastic and friendly hotel - highly recommend

First time in Zermatt and this was a great hotel. Quiet but central. Great staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning to power you on the slopes. Pool was lovely and so was spa. We also got upgraded with amazing view of Matterhorn to top a great long weekend away. We will be back next year and we will definitely be staying here again!

One of the most incredible experiences I have had at a hotel to date. The condition of the property, the hospitality, the included spa and breakfast were all on point. Excellent service, very friendly, shout to Chris, Stefan, and all staff were lovely. Received a complimentary upgrade to a fabulous Matterhorn view room. Room was perfect. Breakfast had variety and super fresh. My husband had a massage at the CBD Spa and said it was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here, perfect location, so close to the train station but we weren’t there to ski so might be a different walk to the cable cars if you’re carrying. The hotel is fab, great pool and spa area, breakfast was lovely and by far the most comfortable room of our whole trip, the team were lovely too
