This hotel is super convenient to the train station(s), but it is either sound proof or the trains are quiet because we didn’t hear anything. The spa is great for relaxing. Staff were friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed everything!

First time in Zermatt and this was a great hotel. Quiet but central. Great staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning to power you on the slopes. Pool was lovely and so was spa. We also got upgraded with amazing view of Matterhorn to top a great long weekend away. We will be back next year and we will definitely be staying here again!

One of the most incredible experiences I have had at a hotel to date. The condition of the property, the hospitality, the included spa and breakfast were all on point. We had a fantastic experience staying at the Schloss Hotel. Alex and his team were wonderful and created the perfect experience. The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, Gornergrat train, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Zermatt!

This is a great property to stay at. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome, excellent location. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
