In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "71" 400 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 10 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 2.5 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities 50 m, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittehöhe Zell am See 10 m, Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun 15 km. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Partially covered south-facing terrace. The apartment is at the end of the corridor, so it is in a quiet location.
