Perfect stay with incredible staff
I contracted the flu that was active in the area. All of the staff including reception, house keeping and breakfast crew were amazingly helpful and supportive. After sleeping for several days, I emerged to receive greeting from all and wishes for good health. This is an amazing hotel!

Good price for a short stay
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful in settling us in. The room was very warm, and we tried to reduce the temperature to sleep better but it was all set at 20 degrees as Zaragossa is a cold city…so we had to sleep with the window open instead. Room and hotel in general was clean, room a little worn but perfectly good for the price. Parking was 2 levels down underground, in a secure place separated from other parked vehicles. About 15-20 min walk into city centre.
