Booked 2 junior suites, well worth the extra money. Sonia at the front desk took care of us and was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was large and very comfortable and clean. Ramon helped us arrange private transportation at the last minute and was also very helpful. Excellent staff. Big thanks to Sonia who remembered us and thanked us again while checking out.

A great hotel in Zaragoza

What a lovely hotel! The service was exceptional from the start! Our room was upgraded to a gorgeous immaculate suite with the best bed in Spain. The location was fantastic- just a short walk to El Tubo for great tapas and then off sightseeing. The valet was so helpful, friendly, and multilingual.
