The plot, the garden, the garden furniture and the barbecue are exclusively for guests’ use. Only the entrance to the property must be shared with the residents of the other house. The property is accessible on foot from two sides; on the other side there is only a small gate. Access is via a side street (tarmacked). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
