    Unexpected Costs and Rushed Checkout

    I was disappointed with my stay here. Unlike other places I’ve stayed in Tsilivi, air-conditioning was charged extra, which feels unreasonable given the summer climate. The room was only cleaned twice during my five-day stay, and on the last day I received a call at 10 am reminding me to leave, even though checkout wasn’t until 11 am — this felt rude and rushed. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and professional, but I do feel sorry for them having to ask guests to pay for air-conditioning. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.
