Missing lots of advertised amenities. Noisy

So much stuff missing from the villa that was advertised that we couldn’t have a comfortable stay. No TVs in bedrooms as advertised (not an issue for most, I know. But one of our party has trouble sleeping so we booked specifically for this reason). No plugs in any of the baths, kitchen appliances and microwave didn’t work. Couldn’t cook a meal for our family as there were no utensils and only one pan. Wires hanging out of all the walls. WiFi didn’t work. The hot water only lasted long enough for one person to wash with. The kettle never boiled. Spy Camera in the Garden which we had to keep covering as it was creeping us out. In the middle of nowhere, but still very noisy. Farmer next door was constantly shooting a gun in the mornings, and the house was under the landing strip for the airport. Tv only has one English speaking channel which was the news. No DVD player as advertised (but strangely DVD’s). The Villa owner never wrote back to us to help us with any issues and refused to give any money back for the lack of amenities. Was not a very relaxing break at all, actually became very stressful. One upside, was very clean and housekeeping were great.

Der Unterkunft wurde übergebucht und wir wurden angerufen und gesagt dass die Villa nicht mehr verfügbar ist obwohl wir bezahlt haben den ganzen geld und dann 5 stunde warten haben die uns in einer hässlichkeit unterkunft mit armeisen zusammen zu leben. Die villa wurde gebucht für sechs personen und die neue unterkunft war einfach ein zimmer wohnung für 6 Personen, einfach schrecklich. Unsers ganz geld ist weg umsonst.
