There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. The Rooms looked much better in the picture.

Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working. Worst place ive ever stayed honestly, cant belive this it, this cost me hundreds of euros to cover their mistake and threw my whole trip out and all my plans...

Fantastisk sted. Hyggeligt og roligt. God pool til børnene og rigeligt med liggestole. De omkringliggende strande er alle rigtige gode, om man er til naturstrand (gåafstand) eller strand med restauranter og isboder. Dejlig stor lejlighed. En stor anbefaling herfra.

Abbiamo constatato che lo sciacquone del wc caricava acqua con estrema lentezza, circa 15 minuti per usarlo di nuovo. Abbiamo chiesto assistenza alla proprietà ma non sono venuti a vedere e negavano il problema dicendo che tutto il quartiere aveva problemi di pressione acqua. Gli altri rubinetti funzionavano anche se pieni di calcare. L'appartamento dalle foto sembrava nuovo, noi lo abbiamo trovato un po' sporco e con scarsa manutenzione. Abbiamo provato a chiedere un cambio appartamento ma non è stato concesso. Non c'è una reception, quindi tutti i rapporti sono stati tenuti con messaggi, non ci rispondevano al telefono. Il parcheggio è privato ma è a circa 50 metri ed è fangoso quando piove. Trovo che il divano letto dell'appartamento fosse scomodo, nel caso consiglio di prendere gli appartamenti con più camere da letto (perché il letto era comodo anche se le lenzuola avevano un leggero odore di fumo, pur essendo vietato fumare negli appartamenti). Purtroppo abbiamo trovato dei vicini di appartamento molto rumorosi (ma questo non è certo un giudizio sugli appartamenti). In definitiva esperienza non del tutto gradevole, forse in estate potrebbe essere meglio visto che c'è la piscina.

Aspetti positivi: il nostro appartemento, bicamere al 3° piano, era ampio e luminoso. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata tempestiva e il self check-in veloce. Aspetti negativi: La struttura non ha nulla a che vedere con le stelle classificate. È di recente costruzione ma in uno stato di deterioramento avanzato. Muri rovinati e sporchi, mobili super usurati e di scarsa qualità, prese staccate dai muri, divano pieno di macchie e rovinato dove faceva impressione sedersi, tappeti sporchi e pieno di polvere ovunque. Il parcheggio è a 50 m dalla struttura e non è custodito. La struttura non ha un ascensore. Per raggiungere il centro città è comoda solo la macchina e il traffico era notevole. L'aspetto più spiacevole di tutta la vacanza è stato il forte odore di fumo nell'appartamento classificato come non fumatori. Segnalato alla proprietaria, ci ha detto che gli ospiti precedenti avevano fumato all'interno e l'unica soluzione proposta è stata di togliere le tende mentre ci eravamo già sistemati e un late check-out gratuito visto il disagio. Peccato che non vedevamo l'ora di lasciare quell'ambiente maleodorante, figuriamoci fermarsi ulteriormente. Insomma, avevamo scelta una struttura classificata "di lusso" e pagata come tale e siamo stati in un posto inospitale che non vedevamo l'ora di lasciare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero pessimo.

Okay but not great

No ventilation at all. AC but only recirculating air. Cheaply built hotel, does not translate to 4 stars in my opinion. Pool area was nice.
