Hotel is too far from city centre in the middle of nowhere with just one restaurant. Captive audience. Taxi ride to city costs over 20 euro.

Alternative at Mövenpick Zagreb

The review is in fact for Mövenpick Zagreb as Pullman Zagreb is unable to fulfill the booking citing delay in opening as the reason. And so they offer me Mövenpick as the alternative. Was offered the junior suite. Good room size but there was no view (just construction when you look out of your window). Room was ok but would prefer option to have brighter lighting. You need to keep pressing on the button of the hair dryer for it to work and the button is quite hard and thus making it difficult especially for ladies with long hair. Your hand get tired with having to keep pressing on the button. Time to upgrade the hair dryer definitely

The hotel is brw with only about 10 people on staff. All criss over into other jobs. Rooms are ok but damp and muggy so use air. The hallways are concrete still very moist smells moldy. Very humid and far walk with 2 walkers to elevator. Room needs a refrigerator not a mini bar that only hold 6 items. Staff very friendly and amazing breakfast. The parking was supposed to get included they charged 18 euro a day. Nothing to do except be in room or lounge. But lucky if bartender u Is on schedule. You are in a large field area not mowed and among about 5 industrial buildings. Very disappointed the end of trip we booked a week. BTW. They charge a day for the stay of checkout. Not like normal travel. Also spa pool was advertised one of the items we required. There us no spa or pool. Not even a workout room. Lastly they need a smal store for in incidental like toothpaste, or razor things you forgot ir got confiscated by airport like hair spray. They told ne it's a 10 minute walk on highway by McDonald's to a gas station. I travel around the world a store even small with 24 items is a must for international travelers.
