Great stay

Great location and terrific room. Nice people at the desk. Only complaint was that the mattress was a bit soft. Wish we had a longer stay since the room came with everything we’d want including a safe, tea/coffee, a frig, and good WiFi.

The Staff was friendly and helpful and I have nothing negative to say about out stay there. Transportation arund town via the tram is very good and cheap. It just didn't work out well for me. I needed to use #4 and that particular tram proved to be very unreliable during the time that I was there.

A perfect hotel for our stay in Zagreb. Was walkable to just about everything and, if not, the tram is easy to hop on and off. The breakfast was delivered to our room and had enough food for breakfast and lunch if you wanted to keep some for later. The staff was very friendly. Comfortable accommodations. We did not have a car with us, but I believe parking would be a problem if you did. There are spaces directly in front of the hotel but they were always full. Highly recommend staying here if your travels take you to zagreb.
