The hotel is in a good central location near all the sights. The breakfast was good and the room comfortable. The only problem I had was it took hours for the toilet to fill up with water after flushing. Zagreb is a lovely city, at the moment there is building and restoration work going on everywhere. When it’s all completed the city will be beautiful .

Fantastic location, very clean and staff were lovely. We enjoyed being able to open the windows and be part of the city bussle even though it was quite loud. However once windows were closed it was very quiet. Lovely bathroom but anyone with mobility issues may find the bath/shower intimidating. Great breakfast!

Superb Hotel in Zagreb

We had a lovely stay in this great Croatian hotel in Zagreb. Lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful with local information. The room was very clean and a great space. Would reccommend and stay here in the future

I would definitely return to Hotel Park 45. The location is great! The staff went above and beyond in being helpful and kind. The room was clean. The breakfast was impressive. I definitely would love to return to this lovely hotel!

The place to be.

The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of the sites. It also has parking onsite. The lobby was nondescript and bare bones. The decor in the room was unimaginative and drab. The air conditioning in the room was not working or had been disabled..

Good new hotel.

Nice hotel, good central location. Hotel appears to be rigid on 3pm check in. No offer of welcome drink as noted in other reviews, must be discontinued. Had room facing main street but no significant noise concerns. Room size very good, bed and pillows comfortable, bathroom fine but fan a bit noisy and always on when light activated. Empty fridge and kettle provided. Only cappuccino sachets and fruit teas provided, but also a choice of a breakfast tea would be nice. Good size safe. Breakfast range fine but hot offerings only warm. Tram stop outside but oddly line from bus station currently does not run at weekends. Enjoyed stay, hotel recommended.
