Perfect location and hostess for me
This was a bright and comfortable studio right in the middle of the city centre but not touristy; it's where people live and work. The tram was close by but everything I needed was just a 10-15 minute walk away.
Iva is a lovely hostess, thoughtful, kind and accommodating as necessary, responsive to emails. I am staying on in Zagreb but if friends visit I would recommend this apartment and if I return to the city I would gladly stay here again.

Great location and host
Iva's apartment is in a great location. Public transport is less than a 10 minute walk, and you can go to all the malls or any other areas you want. The train station is only about 15 minutes away and the main bus station about the same if you want to walk, but the tram will take you there as well. Bus #290 is a 5 min walk from the apartment and it goes/comes directly from the airport.
Overall the apartment is great. Very well located and everything in Zagreb can easily be reached by either walking or public transport.
Also, Iva is a great host and everything was exactly as promised. If a studio fits into your plans, this is the one to get.
