Good location-VERY loud-View in pics doesn't exist
This apartment is being run as an Air B&B and as such it is a more effort to coordinate check-in etc. The apartment is quite nice and clean and comfortable. What I was not happy with is that the pictures of the view from the balcony are NOT accurate. You cannot see the sea from the building (and to be honest, that view was one of the main reasons I chose this place). The other information that is missing is that the apartment is essentially on top of a couple of night clubs. Bring your earplugs or you wont be getting to sleep any time soon. Of course that isn't a problem if you're out all night yourself, but we are a family with kids, so that wasn't ideal.

깔끔 깨끗
일층에 있어서 드나들기 정말좋아요. 무엇보다 해안가에서 1분내로 나갈 수 있어 최고입니다. 다만 숙소 앞쪽으로 카페가 있어 저녁 12까진 조금 백색소음이 있을 수는 있어요.

Gutes Appartment in Zadars Altstadt
Sehr zentral gelegenes Appartment in Zadar. Gut ausgestattet, sauber und freundlicher Check-in. Das Haus sieht von außen nicht so schön aus, das Appartment war aber Tip top. Gerne wieder!

Unterkunft ganz ok... Mit paar Abzüge
Bustransfer vom Flughafen bis (zweite AusstiegsHaltestelle) zur Altstadt war leicht zu finden Das Appartement ist ca. in 500m Entfernung. Leider war keine genaue Beschreibung bsp.Hausnr 4-6, keine KlingelBeschriftung und KEIN Namen der Agenrur war bekannt!! Telefontreffpunkt hat dann doch noch geklappt! Die Gebäudeansicht...oje. Dafür zentrale Lage logistisch super. Nahe am Meer und Promenade / trotz der vielen Touristen und Localitäten in unserer Unterkunft war es angenehm ruhig. Polizeigebäue ist neben an so fühlten wir uns besonders sicher. Von hier aus alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichbar... 5-10 min zu den Meeresorgeln oder zur langen Brücke mit Jadrolinia Anlegehafen für Bootstransfer zu den Inseln... bsp. Uglian/Preko (einf.Fahrt Erw. 15 Kuna ...ca. 2 Euro) Unsere Wohnung war ordentlich sauber und bequem eingerichtet kein dt.TV!! Dafür Wlan. Zum bemängeln gäbe es nur das es keine Gardinen am den Fenster im Wohnraum u Küche gab. Dabei ist genau auf dieser Seite die Terasse mit Zugang zu den Wohnungen und somit Personen die vor den Fenster vorbei laufen. Beim KüchenWasserhahnAnschluß war kalt u warm vertauscht. Einen Fön und Handtuchhaken!!! wurde uns nachträglich schnell beschafft. Mietpreis empfand ich schon etwas zu hoch! Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock - wenn man tagsüber eh schon viel gelaufen ist nervte das schon ein wenig. Der Supermarkt oder dm waren ganz in der Nähe was für die Selbstversorgung von Vorteil ist.

위치 좋고 깔끔했습니다!!
두명에서 쓰기에 큰 방이었고 깔끔한 편이었습니다. 바로 밑에 마트가 있어 필요한 식품을 사기에도 편리했지만 익스피디아 지도에 나온 위치와 실제 위치가 달라 숙소를 찾는데 어려움이 있었습니다. 주인과 연락해서 직원이 찾아와 숙소로 갈 수 있었습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어 캐리어를 들고 계단으로 올라가야합니다.
