Great location and balcony

Clean flat in a great area very accessible to a local beach. Gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea. If going as a couple, be aware it's two single beds. Did not receive any info about the check-in details and had to message the property to check, but friendly host. English and Italian spoken.

Everything what is good on this property is location only. Rest I have to admit is no good my opinion. It is not an appartmant for the price, what they ask for. Flat need to get massive update. No privacy, owner try to control everything. If windows are closed or open, who go to appartmant, disches for cooking in this appartmant very low stock too. Switcher on toilet was not working properly either and toilet was all the time smelly, even after several cleaning. Space in shower very limited. Owner was not happy with enything and rude lady. I work with customers service over 24 years but I can tell you, that is no good customers service. I booked this apartment for my mother as I stay in different apartment. My mother is easy to pleased, very humble person but that was even for her to much. Needed to pay an extra money for air-conditioning and owner often remind my mother to do not forget to switching off or do not put air-conditioning to low because of owners heigh bills electricity, when do not need. I am sorry but when you charging customers an extra money for something... mean customer pay for that. My appartmant what I booked and paid less money was luxus compare to this one. Sorry but I do not recommend this appartmant.

Perfect proorrty with an incredible sea view from the balcony. A two minute walk to the beach and plenty of amenities nearby!
