The property, measuring 220 m², features 5 bedrooms, offering space and comfort for group stays. It is equipped with air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, high-speed wifi, Smart TV and fans, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year.



The independent induction kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, ideal for preparing group meals with total comfort.



The exterior invites you to enjoy the surroundings: garden, terrace of 20 m² with furniture and charcoal barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Additionally, it has a private removable swimming pool, available from 1 June to 15 September, ideal for cooling off during the summer months.



Located in the urban centre of Yunquera, you will have supermarkets, restaurants and cafés just a few metres away, and close access to the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, hiking routes and unique natural environments. You can also easily visit Ronda, Marbella or Málaga.
