I called a head of booking to confirm they had a heated pool as well as a hot tub and that they work, because I seen reviews from two years ago that say it didn’t work and that it was dirty, so I thought I’d check and that surely by now everything was fixed, so anyway she said yes yes heated pool and hot tub working, then upon arrival I again asked another worker at check in and she said yes again on all questions. I went and checked as soon as I unloaded everything from the car as that is the only reason we got this hotel for the kids to swim in warm water… and guess what??? Pool was dirty, full of leaves, and it smelled bad like mildew, it was cold, the hot tub had only 5in of water in it and black sitting dirty water that looked like it had been there awhile. I did go to the front desk and told her how I found it, she claim the maintenance man said it’s supposed to be heated and it must be turned off, and that she forgot to tell me that yesterday the hot tub stopped working- she held to that even though I told her well it’s been not working as the water is black like it’s been sitting there forever.
Then things just kept getting worse….
No towels, shampoo, or conditioner in room.
No TV Remote, you have to get up and push the buttons on TV.
Could not turn AC off, unless you unplug it, so that means no heater either.
Keys would keep stop working even after she fixed it the first time, and someone had to constantly be inside to let you in.
Room was clean & hot water!
