The pyjamas provided were not very comfortable. Why do they not provide the yukata, which is common for ryokans of this class? Also, the lack of towels in the bathing area was not convenient. Breakfast buffet was good. We did not use the dinner buffet. However, the cafe for a lighter meal turned out to be the best option for us., with wonderful service by the man who ran the entire cafe on his own.

スーパー銭湯に悪くない宿泊施設が付属している感じ。食事もおいしく、子供は漫画コーナーで喜んでいました。お風呂が温度別になっているのがとても良かったです。。

温泉が最高に良い。お部屋は寝られれば良いので満足も不満足もなく、ご飯は普通といった、ごく平凡な評価とはなりますが、お値段となると話が変わり、十勝川温泉全体の超強気な宿泊費と比べると、同じモール温泉なので、こちらグランヴィリオさんの星の数は6コ付けても良いと感じる程です。フロントの女性の対応はそれなりですが、温泉で出会った男性従業員さんは愛想も良くて良いイメージでした。帯広に用事のある際は市内のビジネスではなく、幕別のこちらを利用したいと思います。また伺いたいと感じます。

ゲームコーナーのゲーム機が古いし故障してる 夕飯のビュッフェの料理のうち、ビーフシチュー、牛丼、サイコロステーキの味がかなり薄かった 真冬の2月の宿泊でしたが部屋が暑すぎて扇風機を回して寝た

今回は両親のお祝いで利用させて頂いたのですが、ホテルは綺麗だし、バイキングも満足です。温泉も気持ちよかったです！シャンプーなど色んな種類のお試しがあって嬉しかったです！スタッフのかたも接客など丁寧で安心しました。 ちょっと残念なのはみんなで夜カラオケなどして楽しみたかったのですが終了してました。ゲームセンターも壊れてて使えない物もあり、施設近くには歩いて行ける距離には特に遊ぶところはないのでみんなで楽しむ時間はあまりありませんでした。寝る時くらいはと部屋は別にしてしまったのでみんなで大部屋にしておけば良かったかと思いました。 卓球はあり少し大人数には狭くイスも少なかったけど楽しませて頂きました。 ありがとうございました！
