I fear their popularity exploding, but must share: great place to stay with friends, solo, or with family and your pup! Very clean, just the right amount of minimalist decor, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, fun pool and hang out spots, the food is yummy, price is beyond fair, and great location. Love the theme and use of local flora fauna. We will definitely be back.

Field Station has a different feel than most motels. We liked the check-in area, which was also a place to hang out, have a coffee, get a snack or use the microwave to warm something up. There was one outside area with chairs and a fire pit, and another with a pool and jacuzzi - nice places to gather and relax. Staff was very nice, rooms were spacious and clean.

Staff checked me in under someone else’s name,still haven’t resolved that issue 3 days later.Room was clean,but lacking amenities.Bed was hardest I’ve ever felt:no closet,microwave,coffee,comfortable chair,cups of any kind,phone(for front desk,etc.),dark curtains.Lobby was 2 buildings away with a microwave.It also had coffee…for a fee.

This was a very nice place to stay. Great location and had all the comforts we needed. The employees were so friendly and helpful. I had never heard of Autocamp before but will be looking at more properties for my future travels. I loved that they had a chair and blanket we were able to use on our visit to Joshua Tree National Park, great perk! I would recommend this location to anyone I know going to that area in the future.
