We arrived at this beautiful condo after a long day of travel. Lauren was quick to answer my questions about where the washer and dryer were and how to get into the detached garage. The door to the garage was very stiff. We needed to push hard with our shoulder to get in. Then Lauren said the garage-door pad was above the door frame on the top. I quickly realized that anyone shorter than 5 ft 6 inches cannot reach the pad. I needed to pack outside.After removing the towels off the rack for the shower, we immediately noticed that the shaft of the towel rack was bend. One end hanged onto the wall by one screw. I messaged Lauren in the morning, plus telling her all the non-stick pots and pans were so scratched up that I could see through the Teflon to the shinny metal bottoms.We waited for 2 days, and did not hear a word until the day before our check out. It turned out that Lauren never got the message, and it was not sent despite me pressing the “send” button. Why? Now everything made sense. I logged to work the day before using devices that do not have cellular data. My devices were kicked off of the condo’s WiFi several times, My message to Lauren was in the middle of sending until the device went to sleep mode. It never sent. My girlfriend accidentally saw that her phone was kicked out of the condo’s WiFi while having dinner as well.The vanity doors closed very slowly and squeaked loudly.Sadly, we had too many problems staying in this condo than we wish.
