Staff were wonderful and the location was great. A lot around the hotel. The room was great. The bed was horrible , felt like sleeping on plywood. I was disappointed because I really liked the hotel and wanted to stay additional night but just couldn’t sleep in that bed again .

The staff here cares and the hotel is very well taken care of and built. Most modern hotels have such prefabricated problems that never get fixed and are structurally in disrepair. The staff took care of small creature comforts with urgency and kindness and we felt safe as well. The security measures in place and the location were great pluses to a perfect experience. Bottom line: there was no hot water and the entire hotel smelled. Our actual room seemed clean but everything reeked of something. The shower was ice cold and maintenance was not available to help. The staff, to their credit, offered to switch rooms but there was nothing available on that floor and since we were leaving in a few hours it wasn’t worth moving all the luggage just to possibly still not have hot water. I will never stay here again.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable along with the bed frame that was noisey, which made resting difficult. The room was also missing basic amenities such as Kleenex, mirror, iron/ironing board and coffee maker in the room which would have added to the convenience of the stay. Overall, the service and cleanliness were great, but these issues impacted my comfort.

The room was clean. Although equipped with full kitchen there were no pots, pans, etc. Not sure if you had to ask for them or what but no one ever address that at check in etc. The hot water in the shower only worked if you turned it to the cold position. I was able to sleep and that was the purpose but man the smell on the 3rd floor was unbelievable. This is a non-smoking facility but it smelled like someone was smoking something and it was wasn't cigarettes. I am a smoker and gladly went outside when I smoked. The hotel met its purpose of somewhere to sleep so I didn't have to drive home but definitely could have been better.
