This is a lovely property right on the beach. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the beach. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this property for a stay at the beach.

Great views. Great walking, running, surfing and general beach location. Place has a pretty cool surf vibe. The heated pool area is really nice. Some of the best sunrises right here too. I didn’t happen to notice if breakfast was offered or made for a fee, most of the time the office building didn’t open until later in the morning so it there is a breakfast, its a late one. overall, awesome place

The bar outside still closed from last years stay as it was this past weekend :( There was no hair blower in our room 109 but there was one in my sons room, 310. The breakfast area was nice and coffee too. Friendly reception and good welcoming from the desk employees. The place needs more parking area for people coming back from a later diner time around 8:30 pm.

We arrived on a Saturday and the pool was closed. Upon arriving for check-in around 4:30 we were told our room wasn’t ready. Check-in is at 4. Shortly after, a manger arrived and gave us a different room that was ready. The location is great if the beach is your goal, really beautiful and not far from Nubble Lighthouse; 2 miles to downtown. There is no elevator so keep that in mind for travelers who need one.

Room was clean, Staff had this service as the Staff were pleasant but did not have a clue of any questions we asked. Front desk was very inexperienced and not very well informed of the area. Website deceiving stating the beach was 0.3 of a mile away. It was more like a 15/20 walk to get to a convenient safe portion of the beach without climbing over a zillion huge (extremely dangerous) rocks to get to the water. Pool was nice, but website mentioned an outdoor pool bar. The bar was nowhere near to be opened. Our balcony was the only balcony with dirty, horribly dangerous chairs to get in and out of. Stairs going to and from 3rd floor has major spider webs and mold on the stairs. This property should never should have been open the customers. We booked a 2 night stay and were asked for the 2 night resort fee, but our room keys logged us in for a one night stay. Had to go to the office after walking up 3 flights of stairs. Came back to an unclean room as well.
