The Willows, a contemporary 3 bedroom house, nestled in on a private road just a 20 minute walk from York Minster.

Entering the home, you are instantly greeted with a warm and homely aura.

The ground floor provides an open plan living, kitchen and dining space. With comfortable seating providing the perfect space to relax after a long day exploring the historic city of York. A dining table with seating for up to 6 guests offers the ideal space to indulge in a home cooked meal or a takeout from one of York's many delicious restaurants. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need, from cutlery and crockery, to electrical appliances such as electric oven, induction hob, full fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster.

Leading on from the kitchen there is a snug with a sofa, large flat screen smart Tv and an Xbox for your use. Perfect if you are bringing along the children, providing them with their own little bit of space away from the main lounge.
There is also a utility room with a separate washing machine and dryer for your use.

You will also find a conservatory with seating in place leading on from the living room, with patio doors leading onto the vast garden.

Finally there is a downstairs WC and sink for your use.

Heading up the staircase, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The Bathroom consists of modern tiling and a large walk in shower, WC, sink and modern towel rail.
2 of the bedrooms are furnished with King-size beds, comfortable mattress and hotel quality bed linen, making the perfect nights sleep on your stay away from home. Each of these rooms also have fitted walk in wardrobe type storage, tactically racked out for all your storage needs.

The final bedroom is perfect for the little ones, with a bunk bed, offering 2 single beds.

Hotel quality bed linens and towels are provided for each guest for the duration of your stay. The added benefits of a hairdryer, and ironing facilities can also be found in the property.

There is free WIFI to use for the duration of your stay also.

There is parking available for 2 cars onsite.
