The apartment was great and I couldn’t ask for anything else . But the neighbors however are senior citizens and they act very immature . I had a few situations with an old lady that throw all my trash all over the front of the complex and knocked on our doors and windows and would pick fights with me and I wouldn’t understand her because I don’t speak Japanese. The hotel as a whole was great but the neighbors are terrible ****2 out of 5 stars ****

長期宿泊には便利だが、スタッフの対応に課題あり

チェックイン時間の前に荷物が置けるとのことで、事前に時間を伝えて予約しておいたのにもかかわらず、時間になっても解錠方法の連絡がなく部屋に入れない状況でした。また、宿泊者の情報提供を事前にしていたのにも拘らず「お客様情報を送らないと解錠の情報は送れない」と言われ、わざわざ問い合わせをして、連絡した旨を説明して解錠方法を教えて頂きました。また、チェックイン時間も事前に連絡しておいたのですが、結局解錠方法がメールできたのは、その時間よりもかなり後でした。チェックイン時間や荷物を事前に置く希望を聞かれたのは、何の意味があったのか謎でした。スタッフの連携や対応に課題があると思いました。 アパートですので、上の階の足音は響きます。隣の部屋の方の咳やくしゃみも、はっきり聞こえましたので、ゆっくりされたい方や音が気になる方には不向きかなと思いました。隣の部屋と繋げられる扉の造りになっているので、それも原因かもしれません。一通りの備品や設備は備わっていて、キレイなお部屋でしたが、対応面において厳しい部分があり、せっかくの旅行でしたが残念でした。

対応がいい

清潔で良い環境

ロケーションもよく周辺は風情がある。ただし、夏期は道路が混むため旅行者の自動車でのアクセスには注意が必要です。室内はきれいですが大人4人では窮屈か。管理会社の方が親切に4人では狭いと事前に案内ありましたが納得して宿泊しました。お子さん含めての4人の宿泊なら問題ないかと思います。

隣部屋の音を気にしない方にはとてもおすすめ

+ : 場所が海からとても近く、駅とも近いです。また、周辺にコンビニもあるため、場所的にはとても良いです。 -: 防音が全くできません。隣部屋が朝6時からテレビを見ると、自分がテレビを見るように聞こえます。 左は若いカップルが朝夜に性行為を行い、女性の声がそのまま聞こえました。右は赤ちゃんがいましたが、鳴き声が自然なのであまり気になりませんでした。

とてもくつろげる部屋で綺麗でした。 キッチンもとても使いやすかったし、思っていたよりキッチン用品が揃っていました。 隣の部屋とドアひとつで繋がっている部屋だったのでちょっと気分的に。多分隣の宿泊者がいなかったのが前提だったと思うのですが。 他は特に不満はありませんでした。
